Why did you choose this product over others?: Love this mug, lovely mug, does not leak and keeps your drink lovely and cold for hours. Used it more for cold drinks than hot ones at the moment. Worth the cost. The lid is a bit difficult to get on and off as there is not much to grip. Bought this on the 11 th July but now see the window for returning is closed. Mine has now started having an odd taste, it is washed regularly but even after washing the taste still returns. I was hoping to return it. Please can you help me

Great travel cup
My favourite take away cup! I’m using it for couple of years now. Hadn’t leaked at all, keeps the temperature and is easy to use. It doesn’t leave that after taste as some cups do, it is a great size (not too big not too small), love the colour as well.

Great travel mug.
My coffee stays boiling hot in this! Honestly can’t believe how long the drink stays hot, no leaks, bit tricky to clean as you need a small brush for some bits. Fits in drinks holder. Nice pattern & colour. I take it everywhere with me. Sometimes the lid becomes suctioned on though - DONT use the flap to get leverage because that’s broken on mine now.

You get what you pay for!
Superb coffee cup, build quality is fantastic. Keeps your drink warm for a long time, if you drink black coffee you will be waiting a while for your drink to cool down. Very easy to clean, no fiddly parts that are difficult to scrub. The old saying "you get what you pay for" springs to mind. Justify the purchase by price per use and treat yourself!

I would highly recommend
I purchased this mug about six months ago and have used it frequently enough to assess its quality. It keeps drinks hot or cold for a significant duration and does not spill. I haven’t had any negative experiences with it so far. The only improvement that could make this product perfect would be the addition of a non-slip ring around the mug to provide a better grip. While the surface isn't slippery, having that extra feature would enhance safety. It also looks great and is resistant to scratching. Thank you for this great product!

Bel prodotto, esteticamente è moderno ed elegante, di stile. Come funzionalità confermo che mantiene il calore della temperatura dei liquidi contenuti per diverse ore, nel mio caso l'ho usato con il caffè americano e ha tenuto per mezza giornata mantendo un buon caldino. La chiusura ermetica è ben fatta, non ho rilevato perdite. Attenzione a non lavarlo in lavapiatti, perché altrimenti si rovina in maniera irreversibile perché si formano della macchie chiare sulla parte esterna. Il prodotto è robusto e di buona qualità, sembra destinato a durare nel tempo. Il prezzo è giusto commisurato alla qualità di realizzazione del prodotto.

Molto soddisfatto del prodotto, ho fatto il caffè alle 9 di mattina e alle 14:15 era ancora abbastanza caldo da non risultare tiepido né tanto meno freddo! Non mi aspettavo addirittura questa tenuta; inoltre è bellissima da vedere, che dire, spero sia di qualità e la guarnizione in gomma non si consumi in fretta!
