I have cyclothymia bipolar disorder and this product has had a dramatic effect on my quality of life. After a few days taking it I completely stopped cycling and have felt the most stable I have been in many years. I briefly switched to a less expensive (but trusted) brand and within a week I started cycling high and low again. Worth the money, I do not take prescription medications and have been able to manage 99% of my symptoms using this product in conjunction with a good cal-mag, fish oil, 5htp / l tryptophan, and a few mushroom supplements.

I have been dealing with health issues all of my adult life to no avail. Minor enough to not be taken seriously other than being prescribed something with little to no results. But, bad enough to impact my quality of life. I recently found out that I have the MTHFR gene, which explains everything. That lead me here. 2 days into taking it I woke up before my alarm with so much energy, I feel like a teenager again! I thought those days were long gone. I don’t know that people who don’t have methylation and absorbency issues should take this, but if you need it, this is life changing. I’m overjoyed with the results. I’m looking forward to healing.

I was actually prescribed this by my doctor. After genetic brain testing it was revealed that I am bi-polar and need methylfolate as I am depleted in it. I've been taking this for years and in tandem with other medications I have had no signs of my bipolar disorder since I started taking it. I would recommend it.

This was given for brain support. Who knows what is in vitamins. But I take it and feel it helps.

I'm 79 and my doctor told me I needed to take it for the rest of my life. A year later he told me I only need it every other day so I believe it has greatly helped me.

I can’t afford to take this daily, but I take it when I can. It really makes you clear headed and gives you energy. The only downside is the cost.

I took this supplement every day from March 2020 to April 2022 , as my herbalist recommended this brand. I contracted Lyme disease & herbalist advised that the bacteria destroys vitamins hence infected people have to take extra high dosages of many supplements . Now a Lyme disease specialist doctor checked my B6 levels in April 2022 as one of my main complaints was nerve pain allover. The blood test results revealed that my B 6 level was skyrocketing high at 141 mg - normal range is 2.1 - 21.7 . And a/o test result came back positive for auto immune disease . This was not good news. Then I did a research on high B6 levels and read that it can cause neuropathies in people. I discussed with my doctor who recommended to reduce Vitamine B complex to 3x week as this supplement has vit B 6 with 3235% of daily value ! When I reduced the intake , my Nerv pain was better. In October 22, I stopped it all together . Doctor did a/o blood test in Nov. 22 that showed that my B6 level is normal now / upper end of range. And even better…I don’t show positive for an auto immune disease. Very good news. Now taking this vit B complex 2x per week & we will do a/o blood test in 6 months. I am sharing this as some people might experience nerv pain as well and if your doctor doesn’t check your B6 level, they might end up with a wrong diagnosis. I am keeping with this supplement for now , as it makes me sleep very well . As long as my Nerv pain doesn’t come back and B6 levels are within range. I wish the company would offer this Vit B complex with less amount of Vit B6 .
