Wish I had this 20 years ago! Best purchase ever!
I can't say enough about how much I love this headphone amp. I didn't read the description properly so was all excited to use it but didn't realize I couldn't use wireless headphones, but once I got them I've been using it almost daily. Not only does it keep me from making too much noise when I want to plug in late at night, but I can really hear myself like a studio setup! I just turn down the volume on my bluetooth-connected device playing my Spotify playlist with practice songs and play along. It's really amazing technology and now I have no excuse not to practice! Works perfectly on my electric guitar and bass. The volume control on the device is really convenient, the battery life is just right. I can get a few hours in continuously without needing to recharge, it connects immediately when I plug in, I can adjust the position while I'm holding my instrument, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. It also looks really cool with the wood grain design. AND it has built-in distortion? Just a no-brainer. Love it, love it, love it.

Great product
Live in a condo, learning bass guitar plug in wired headphones to the micro amp and you have great sound that only you can hear! Blue tooth a song into amp and play along with the music better than I expected!

Small affordable mini app for base
I purchased this product for My Sun to play base with. It came in a timely manner and was well packaged after opening and charging My Sun plugged it into his base and we plugged in some headphones, the sound was decent, but not as clear as I hope. The sound had some fuzz and small clicking noises in the background. I tested his base on my full-size damp and those sounds werenโt there. The interface is a little confusing but once you figure it out, itโs pretty easy to navigate you around. the different settings. There was a lot less settings than I thought weโre going to be included, but still an excellent way to practice his base without interfering with his familyโs activities around him. Itโs small folds away easily can easily fit in any guitar case that has a pouch and or compartment for accessories. The only reason I gave it a four star out of five was for the fuzz, the confusing interface and the lack of functions that I thought weโre going to be included with it.

Excelent purchase!
Does exactly what it says. Effects are not the best but they are more than ok for practicing. BT connection works perfectly to play along a music track. Totally worth it.

Totally worth having.
Iโve only ever tried this one, so this is no comparison, but what a lot of fun to be able to play the guitar with five different typical effects and not bother anyone. One thing I got wrong was thinking the Bluetooth was for connecting my headphones. Not the case - you need wired headphones. The blue tooth is for connecting a music player so you can play along with music.

Well worth the money. Charging is funky.
I think this is a great piece of technology for quite practice. I'm not an expert on sound systems for guitars but this device exceeded my expectations. There are 4 effect modes and the sounds coming through the device are fun to experiment with. I've used this with both headphones and portable laptop speakers. UPDATED - If there is a negative with this device, it's that the charging process is cumbersome. I've used several USB ports and they are all the same. The device doesn't appear to be charging, then all of a sudden the lights come on and you know you're in business. Almost took off a star but still like the product enough to leave it at 5 stars.

Terrible Sound Quality
I wanted to like this item a lot. I've used another similar item/brand that required AAA batteries. I thought this would be ideal because it had 1) a rechargeable battery 2) the ability to connect external audio via Bluetooth for rehearsing with premade tracks and songs. Aside from the convenience of portability, this unit falls short in almost every category. The Bluetooth-connected audio is weak, and tinny, with no presence or bass. NO Bass is heard at all. One would think that the Bluetooth connection would be essentially flawless because it is only picking up the signal from the transmitting device -- in my case and iPhone 12 -- and pushing it out to the connected headphones or earbuds. I am using performance-quality in-ear monitors. These are the same I use on stage and are precise in capturing exactly what is delivered to them. Both guitar and bass were distorted at every volume when using the clean channel. I set the basses I have that have preamps into passive mode for rehearsing. No improvement was noted. There are much better options for this style of product. Look for the name brands and avoid this one. The built-in effects might be appealing, but I assure you that they provide little benefit to this poorly engineered device.

It works well but it doesn't fit my bass.
It wasn't able to fit the input on my Ibanez SR bass, I tried it on a fender bass and it works. Functionality: regarding its effects, it does have some latency when using the chorus effect, and the auto wah type is fixed (not touch sensitive wah). Clean and drive are fine. It's a nice practice tool to learn songs on the go. The bluetooth works fine. Build quality: nice for the price. Just make it universal, make sure to take proper measurements like with your wireless adapters.
