when I started to use this product the light sensetiveness to the sun went so it does work. with product like these some times it hard to tell, also its a good price,also there is the pine bark in side to bring down the eye pressure.

What more can I say other than easy to swallow or open & put in a shake. Do they work? No idea really, but I like to feel I'm helping my eye health by taking them.

I am very short-sighted and wear contact lenses. I have been taking these tablets for 2 1/2 years, so I was disappointed to find recently that I was struggling a little to read. I went to the optician, and found that my eyes were in excellent condition, and that the reason I was finding reading harder was that my eyesight had actually IMPROVED, so my contact lens prescription was now too strong! I am nearly 70 years old, so an improvement was the last thing I was expecting. Obviously, I'm going to keep taking my Opti-Macs!

I purchased them as I found a review on about one of the ingredients that is supposed to help with your eyes, So far I have not noticed any improvement but deteriation of my sight, so I would say its not helping me.

I have taken these tablets for quite a few years. My last deep eye test in January proved the backs of my eyes are in perfect condition. I am in my 70s
