Using purchased coffee filters.
I purchased this coffee maker 2 week ago and I love it. I use Brew Addicts coffee filters (purchased from Amazon) because I don't like sediment in my cup. I only use 2 scoops of my favorite coffee and don't push my filter down to the bottom because it makes it easy to empty when the coffee is brewed.

Coffee is hot
I’ve had a 2 kuirg coffee makers in the past but they didn’t last very long. This one cup coffee maker is great, the coffee is hot, makes 10 oz probably more than that and good tasting.

Amazon's availability and prompt delivery
When looking for a coffee pot I found this item. Not knowing anything about the name I did like the 3 functions and also the price. I recommend this product for easy, fast and amount of time which is the most important.

Need new filter lids.
I like this coffee maker very much, after 4 or 5 much higher priced one servemakers. Both lids from the filter baskets broke off! I don’t want to send the machine back. Please let me know how I can get them replaced!THANKS

I highly recommend it
This is a miracle machine! Our whole family is delighted. I immediately threw away my kettle, we don't need it anymore) the children themselves collect warm water and make tea)

Durable for sure
We have been using this machine now for a year and a half, we probably make 10 to 12 cups of coffee a day. It is still going strong. The Keurig brand would last about 6 months if we were lucky. I went through 3 of them before buying this one at more than half of the cost.
