Trident Cinnamon Sugar Free Gum is one of my go to gums. The cinnamon flavor is bold and spicy right from the start without being overpowering, and it stays enjoyable longer than most cinnamon gums Ive tried. I really like that it’s sugar free but still tastes great and helps keep my mouth feeling fresh. The pieces don’t get hard too quickly, and it’s perfect for after meals or whenever I want something to chew without worrying about sugar. If you enjoy cinnamon gum and want a sugar free option that actually delivers on flavor that lasts, this is an easy recommendation.

My grandson and I share a favoritism for cinnamon flavored sugar-free gum. It's about the only sugar-free thing he likes. I ordered the 12 pack as a stocking stuffer for him for Christmas. He told me that was "a lot", and "I don't know when I'll chew it all". I told him that he can leave some packs with me and I will enjoy them. He forgot. I bought them as kind of a joke; a nod back to his childhood days when he got to spend a lot of time with us. Also, now that he's a young adult and making a long drive up and down the state when he comes home to visit, the idea of "spicy gum" to keep his mouth bursting with vibrant flavor seems like a good idea. One cannot live by coffee or energy drinks along. Trident sugar-free gum is good about not sticking to dental work. It doesn't make your teeth feel gritty like chewing something with sugar would do. Big plus! It's not bubble gum, just a flavorful option for being nice to your teeth.

The Good: Finally, a cinnamon flavored gum that is sugar free! The cinnamon flavor lasts a decent time (as gum flavor goes) and curbs the appetite; thus reducing snacking. The Bad: The first thing you taste is sweetness. Not really a bad thing but I would expect cinnamon to hit my taste buds first. Worse, this has the trifecta of sugar substitutes: Sorbitol, Mannitol, and Sucralose. Sorbitol is also the first ingredient listed thus it has the highest quantity of all ingredients. If you are not accustomed to these they can cause intestinal gas pain, act as a laxative, with explosive results in the bathroom... Overall: Even with all that above I'm still happy with finding a cinnamon flavored gum that is sugar free. You do build up a tolerance to the sugar substitutes over time. A few pieces a day won't affect you, and if you go through a half a pack a day like me you'll build up a tolerance.

Great value, always fresh

The product is good enough that I've purchased it multiple times. However, between my order in Dec, 2025 and March, 2026 the price jumped from $11 something to over $19.00. It's one of the most ridiculous price hikes I can remember so I'm moving on to another brand.
