Berberine 1200mg with Ceylon Cinnamon Capsules, Supplement - 90 Count

I lift weights, and I like to take berberine to help with body composition. I usually take mine with higher carb meals before and after my workout, because it can help glucose get to the muscle cells more quickly so that it is available as energy during the workout and to help with recovery. I also sometimes take it before doing cardio, because it can assist with fat loss as well. I feel like it does help me when I want to lean out but keep up my strength. I am a small female and I take one pill, once or twice a day, but a larger person might need two pills per dose. This berberine supplement seems really high quality and fresh, and it is a great price—I have used a few brands before, and this one seems at least as good as some more expensive brands. The pills are average sized and filled with a bright yellow powder, and there is no unpleasant smell/taste, so they are really easy to take.

I completed my entire bottle of the Berberine 1200mg supplements and I believe it delivered on many promises. One persons review such as mine may have a similar experience or completely different. It goes without saying, even though I am saying it....everyone's mileage with supplements will vary. I took this supplement first thing in the morning with coffee most mornings, and noticed within the first week I had an increased heart rate that was noticeable and beyond the staple of morning coffee. It was good overall, and put me on the right energy track for the day. I believe these are non-GMO type gelatin vegetable based capsules that are common-place with supplements and flavorless...tastes like nothing at all to swallow them. Water weight loss and definite bloating loss was the biggest difference within the first 2 weeks. It may have been an afterthought, but after the halfway point in this bottle of Berberine, I researched the plan extract a little more, and has similarities with Turmeric, which has the anti-inflammatory properties. This is excellent for my mild arthritis and anyone else that has daily joint stiffness and prefers to handle in a natural approach. I would invest in another bottle in the coming weeks for sure. Do your before hand research, and determine if this Berberine supplement is right for you,,it just may replace something else in your daily pill routine. Discuss all possibilities with your doctor. Give it a try!

I didn't notice the gradual drop in my daily glucose reading until I ran out and they climbed daily. I have tried another brand and didn't work like this brand. Note to self.... don't run out.

I ordered a bottle of Natures Craft Berberine 1200mg Weight Loss Supplement from the Amazon website. This product claims that it is a Metabolism Booster for Heart Health - Antioxidant Supplement and Immune System Booster for Liver Support Sugar Balance and Mood Boost. I am not sure why it is listed as a weight loss Supplement as well. After taking this supplement everyday for a little over 2 weeks, I have not seen any impact on my weight so I think it is a bit of a stretch to call it a weight loss supplement and this is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. However, I have noticed that I feel better physically, and I have noticed an impact on my mood. It is hard to describe, but I just feel happier. I am not sure the impact it has had on heart health or immune system-these things cannot be measured without medical testing-however I do physically feel better so I think that it has had a positive impact on my health. The supplement capsules are fairly large but I had no problems swallowing them. I drank a full glass of water each time I took them, and I took them about 15-20 minutes before eating a meal since is what the directions said to do. I appreciated that the bottle is easy to open since I have severe numbness in my hands and have trouble opening things. Overall I think this is a good product and I would recommend it.

I love Natures Craft Brand of supplements. This brand gives you a peace of mind when it comes to quality and 3rd party testing. The Berberine helps maintain my weight and helps to not cause blood sugar spikes, and also I love that it has Milk Thistle for my liver! I would highly recommend this product to anyone that wants to be heathier!

It's been about two weeks and so far my appetite has changed not dramatically but I am feeling less bloated

This seems to be an excellent quality product. It is hard to tell for sure what it is doing, but it does seem to make some sort of difference. I am prediabetic and also hope that this lowers my overall blood sugar, but I cannot say for sure that it is because I do not currently monitor my blood sugar levels (I know, I really should). I take berberine for PCOS reasons. I no longer have medical insurance so I cannot afford to go back to a doctor regularly for prescription refills, and I heard that berberine can be a decent substitute for metformin. I usually have a problem with gaining weight for no apparent reason, even though I eat healthy and am very active - this is related to the PCOS. My monthly cycles are also very erratic (I am not on birth control to regulate them), but since adding berberine to my supplement regimen, I have not gained any more weight and my cycles are slightly late but do come monthly. I had previously tried a different brand, but I vastly prefer this one as it is a higher dose for a less expensive price, and it seems to actually be helpful. Will definitely repurchase this brand of berberine!

I have been using Berberin for about 2 weeks . I haven't noticed significant weight loss but I have noticed a little. I believe I need to give it more time

It work slow and is not as good as the liquid drops I don't think I will purchase again

Warning. Berberine causes heart palpitations, as I experienced and ended up in the IR. No warnings anywhere to find. This is a low absorption product. After finishing one bottle, I switched to a different Berberine that had 20% absrption rate, which almost killed me.
