I've been getting some pretty big spiders in my new place, which I am not very happy about. These have helped a lot. I put them down in every corner and a few extras near entry points, and they have caught quite a few. They are very easy to assemble and you get quite a lot in this pack. It's true that there's nothing to attract spiders into them, but spiders tend to stay close to walls and corners, so putting them in those locations makes it pretty likely you'll intercept a lot of them. They've saved me from seeing at least five big nasties crawling around so far after about a week of use. The only downside is that you can see inside very well, and I don't especially like seeing bugs dead or alive. Still, it's better than the alternative.

This product is amazing! Takes about 15-20 seconds to fold and insert in its cutout to conform to shape. I used to purchase the Terro brand but it was such a hassle to put together. I had to use tape to hold the box in place because the adhesive wouldn’t hold. These MaxGuard traps are effective and save time putting together. These actually cover more ground space than the Terro brand. These MaxGuard traps are definitely worth the money. These will be my go to traps…bye Terro

Before I write this, I’ll say that everyone has their own experiences with products. Here are mine. I live in SoCal, and this year we have had a bevy of big, dangerous looking spiders webbing it up in the yard. Rather than paying for an expensive pest service, I decided to try trapping them myself. I found the traps easy to assemble and disperse across the yard. I placed them near corners where gnarly spiders seem to hide. Over the span of 3 days, I caught a roach, a big beetle that attracted a swarm of ants, and about 5 rolly polies (poor guys). No spiders tho. However, I saw plenty of spiders during that time including a huge wolf spider about as long as a finger. So, my take is that these traps catch bugs, just not spiders. Spiders seem indifferent to them. Perhaps I’m somehow doing this wrong, but from what I can see, the spiders don’t get attracted to the bait in these traps.

Caught a rattlesnake, a bird, and a mouse…but the huge spider made it’s way off the sticky paper over a couple days and disappeared back into my garage 😭😰😱

I absolutely love this product and will be purchasing it for the rest of my life. It all comes down to placement. Where do you put it? I put down 10 different catches. After one month, only two had spiders and bugs. And one of those two had 10 spiders on it. I replaced it immediately, and one week later I had 7 spiders. The third time had 5 spiders. I put them in corners, next to the stove and baseboards, yet no catches. Have them near baseboard next to a door to the outdoors. And if you have a hidden area like a stove or dishwasher or washer dryer right next to the outside door, put it there. Put 4 of them there. My best recommendation is to buy 24 of these and place them everywhere in your house. Check them a month later and then you can see what placement works for your place! So far after 2 months of this, I have caught 25 spiders.
