I’m 4’9” and this came works well for me. It’s bright red color makes it easy to find and the carrying makes it easy to travel on an airplane or folded in my bag. I am very happy with it.

I bought my cane in Dec 2019. I love this cane and this company. I have many canes that I use. I even bought a few for different holidays. However, my Big Alex is my go-to cane. I feel more secure and stable when I walk. I have Parkinson's and I was upset when my doctor told me I had to start using a cane. After I stopped arguing, I decided to embrace my "inner cane" so I was looking for something that was stable and easy to use. The fact that it stands up is a big bonus. I can't use quad canes and putting those rubber quad tips makes the cane too heavy for me.My cane broke. The bottom came off and wouldn't stay on. I sent an email to the company since I was within the one year guarantee. They got back to me that night and are sending a replacement cane as soon as possible. What a great company.I may have to purchase a second Big Alex in a different color just to have a variety.I would recommend this cane to anyone that needs a cane. The light is an added bonus when I take my dog for a walk when it is getting dark. I can't wait to receive my new cane.
