how do i take them out of the packaging are they individual lashes or are the clustered?

Are these mink lashes ?

Hi dear， We use the same soft and comfortable material as real mink，Our lashes are made of high quality Korean Black PBT.No-harmless to human skins or eyes.

does glue come with it?

No glue does not come with lash cassettes . You have to buy separately

Would you reccomend using a lash bonder/seal or the actual glue?

As of right now I’m not using their glue. I have used the Veyes glue on my Manikin head and there were no problems. I have really good Retention with these lashes with another glue product that I use.
