Ran cold after a few weeks (read edit)
Hi This was nice and easy to fit but very soon there was no hot water Even with it turned up to full heat its still too cold to use All other hot taps including the taps in the same bathroom are running hot I've researched it and it points to a faulty mixer but the company only offers returns within 4 weeks **edit** Off the back of this critique, homefast contacted me and offered me a full refund which amazon are now processing I was very impressed with that and they are obviously a very honest and trustworthy company

Only lasts roughly 9 months then leaks from the bar where you turn it on and off and can contact seller

Excellent Customer Service!
The shower itself worked well for a couple months and then the mixer stopped working and was only giving boiling hot water. Was happy initially with the product but now disappointed that it did not last longer. To my surprise, the company offered me a full refund almost after 3 months which i was very pleased they did. If you have any issues, talk to their support and I'm sure it will be addressed soon!

Really good, reasonable quality
Really good customer service, shower works all good. Don’t over tighten the nuts though as this actually over compresses the washers and causes a leak (loosen off to stop drips). Overall though, definitely would recommend. If I were choosing a shower again, I would be happy to choose this one.

Love this shower and I Kim keep ordering the same shower or the parts for it. As my son keeps breaking it. So happy with it and easy to install and looks fantastic in the bathroom.
