My deltoids thank this manufacturer
This is a product that I wish I knew about 20 years ago. I often have to have my arm up for extended periods of time messing around with various things as a programmer and chronic Mouse user. I had an injury that damaged my deltoids and it was painful to maintain the posture of using a stupid Mouse. This has dramatically improved all that. This is a product that you want even if you don't know you ever wanted it

This is a Godsend!
I had shoulder surgery a few months ago and I've been trying to get back to working, but my shoulder fatigues so quickly. I've tried propping up with a pillow, but it only works at certain angles, like if I'm using a mouse and then move to the keyboard to type, I'd have to lift and hold my arm up, or reposition the pillow. I toggle between mouse and keyboard constantly so this is an issue for me. I bought a stationary support that connects to the desk, but it posed the same problem as the pillow. I couldn't easily toggle between. Then I bought this device, and it's amazing! It is: โข Super easy & quick to set up on the desk โข Adjustable by height after install, so you can change it as needed โข SO flexible. NO adjustments needed when moving back/forth and left/right โข Comfortable โข Perfect size โข Quiet - zero noise when moving around โข Smooth in movement - doesn't even feel like it's there I can't say enough good things about it. Just get it! I can see this being a huge help even without a surgery issue. It is helping me sit upright and more ergonomical because my arm doesn't tire. I used to slouch a lot and try to rest on the arm rest, and I'd have my arm tilted up which isn't correct. This allows me to sit correctly and angle down, without the fatigue.

Does the job
I've been trying to figure out ways to prop up my mouse hand and arm for years, and recently the pain has been intense. Worse yet, the twitching in my fingers has caused me to make terrible mistakes while gaming! (Just kidding about the "worse yet" part.) :-) This new armrest is like a dream come true, helping me while working at my desk that doubles as home office and gaming station. My only concern was that it took awhile for me to figure out the best configuration for it. At first, I had the base placed far away from my arm so as not to get in the way too much. But I'm not a lightweight guy. I got the sense that I was putting too much pressure on the device that way, and eventually I'd cause the joints to collapse. Though it's a little awkward, I moved it so the armrest is placed directly over the base. This way I'm pressing down on top of the joints instead of causing them to bend. This might not be an ideal answer for someone who likes lots of space, but the benefits otherwise are worth it. When necessary. I just swing the arm away in the other direction, and short periods of using my mouse wrist-rest without the arm haven't been a big deal.

Helping my shoulder
Quick & easy install. Adjusts decent. Moves with me as I reach for mouse or keyboard. I have no armrests on chair, intentionally, and this is much better. Is helping my shoulder pain which was from holding my arm up all day unsupported.

Ergonomic Arm Support for Desk Office
The Ergonomic Arm Support for Desk Office is a solid. So far. You can adjust height, and it swivels which allows it to follow the movement of the arm as you move the mouse around. I have a heavy arm, and I lean on it pretty good, so I fear it may fail at some point, but so far, so good.

Worked better than I ever imagined it could!
I've been trying to find a device for years now that would support my right forearm whether I'm using my mouse or my keyboard (in an effort to avoid aggravating my carpal tunnel syndrome), but the traditional desk extenders simply did not fit the bill for multiple reasons. Along came this genius device, which by the way installed in well less than a minute, and I finally have my answer. See video. This thing is genius. Thank goodness! Finally!

Parts fall off but you can fix
I do like the ability to move my arms and still have them at where I want them to be height. It has helped with my tennis/gaming elbow so much. HOWEVER, the nut they use to keep the part you put your arm in is not locked into place and you cannot hold it to tighten anything. So I have had it fall out twice now. Also, the height of the arm does slowly lower over time so you will have readjust every so often.

Solid Design but Watch Out for the Curves
This armrest nails it on sturdiness and ease of use. Just pull it out of the box, attach it to your desk, and you're good to go. However, the aggressively curved arm cups can be a literal pain in the elbow. If you're someone who moves a lot at your desk, prepare to get poked by misaligned arm cups. The curved arm cups are a general issue with all armrests that I could find. Here's why it's a general design flaw: when moving about it's easy for the curved part to get misaligned and then it's jabbing your elbow or forearm. You also have to pay attention to the arm rests and interact with them purposefully to get the arm cup aligned every time you want to use it, so if you lift your arm to reach something (like a water glass maybe), or reposition in your chair, you have to then pay attention to the armrest again to re-align it. This one is easy to remove the curved supports and replace with your own DIY flat armrests if desired. It has a single bolt through the center of the armrest and metal arm. For now I just folded a thick microfiber towel to fill in the trough, which created a flat-ish surface. It's working, but a flat surface with a nice pad would improve the user experience a 1000%.

Helped a lot with frozen shoulder
This was great, helped me have a place to rest my arm but not be able to lean on it. Very easy to use and attach and lots of range of motion for typing or if you are using a mouse. Solid construction. Would buy again

Good for use, but could be better
It makes my wfh experience be much more comfortable. The installation is simple. Only complain is the foam should be thicker than the edge.

Less stress on shoulder
My shoulder would get tired when using a mouse. With this I feel my shoulder is much relaxed after sitting on computer for a while.

Comfortable
This is an excellent armrest for those who have nothing to rest their arm when using their mouse.
