This ice brace is amazing. I have struggled with Achilles tendonitis in my foot for years. This ice race provides great coverage and ice relief for for achilles tendonitis. It keeps it cold for a while and the straps are very good for different size ankles. It comes with two ice packs that you can put either in the back for your Achilles or on the top of your foot. They have little sections inside the brace that you can put the ice and then it gets food coverage for where you need it. I was pleasantly surprised at how well this works.

These double ankle cold packs are fantastic! They’re the Real Deal! The FOUR ice packs seemed normal at first but once they’re frozen for over 24 hours is when they Really Kick in! There are 2 big ones and two smaller ones to adjust to where you need freezing. They keep their cold longer than any ice pack I’ve ever used and it feels like they remain at a colder temperature for Longer—About an hour or so. The texture on the outside of the ice packs is nice too, it has a linen matte feel so it doesn’t stick weirdly to you like some ice packs do. I love this for when I get hormonal PMS Fire feet 🔥🦶these ice 🧊 packs cure it so I can sleep! No more hot, hormonal feet that started when I was pregnant and has persisted through peri-menopause. Also super for when I sprained my ankle. The Velcro wraps are comfy (but may not have enough strap length if you’re an XL or > larger human. This could be fixed by adding more Velcro to make longer straps- if you’re bigger)— it wasn’t a problem for me but I think if standard sizes are small for you, then it could be. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Outstanding product! Very secure when wrapped on ankle. Cold packs are amazing. Soft and comfortable when wearing. Greatly reduced ankle swelling. Love this companies products!

My daughter really loves this brace it provides excellent compression, and the ice packs are impressively cold and well-made. It’s been a big help for her recovery. That said, it’s a little awkward for her to walk around the house while wearing it, and she mentioned she wishes it provided a bit more coverage around the front of her ankle. One important tip: definitely wear a sock or put some kind of barrier between your skin and the ice packs, because they get cold enough to be uncomfortable without protection. Overall, it’s a high-quality product that does its job well.

Wow!! I am impressed! I didn’t expect to feel this much goodness when I put this on. It is extremely soothing. I thought it would get uncomfortable after a bit but I can definitely keep this on all day if needed. The gel packs were ready to in no time. Easy to put on and incredibly comfortable. I definitely feel an improvement. 10/10 on this. Wish I’d found it years ago.

It works great and stays cold longer than my other medical ice bandages. Why did I take one star away you ask..? The straps need to be longer. I had surgery on my foot and these straps barely connect. I have to really squeeze this on my foot to get this thing on. The other star I took away is that I wish it didn’t have a hole on top of my ankle. I use another pack to fill that hole on top.

It does the job. I'm a size 13 extra wide shoe it fits tight even over a sock. would like a bit bigger but I've got big feet so I'm realistic. The lower ice pack fits right under the arch. Which is great for fallen arches. It can slide back and get to the heel can be manipulated to balls of foot too. The rear ice pack is large are fits over the Achilles tendon perfect. It can be manipulated to the heel as well. I am not a fan of how the pack fits into the pockets they hold great, but it's tight fit, and you have to put the packs in at room temp. I put thing in the freezer with packs in so it's not really an issue. It takes about 5 hours to freeze good the first time, but then the gel stays ice cold for 30 mins or so. It gets cold enough long enough to become uncomfortable without a sock on. I'm using for inflammed bursa on back of my heel and it's made a big difference. Ice bags just couldn't stay in the right pairing like this. Great value for money.

This cold pack wrap seems well made. The size is good for me. I have thin ankles. Not sure if the same size would fit easily on a thick ankle. It stays cold enough for the 15 minutes I have it on.

The wrap didn’t wrap around the right areas for me. ….Which are the ankles. It focused on back calf and feet.
