Sturdy

love it only gripe is you need a knife to get a clean cut but otherwise great!

It was a present for my son. He likes it. It showed up two days earlier than expected.

Disappointed in the foam inside. I probably didn't read that it was not cut out for models. It is sliced but you have to cut little squares out of the preslided squares ( which isn't so easy) to accommodate them. But with that there is space for larger game pieces.

Perfect for my Battletech miniatures and vehicles, even the large ones only needed one extra row removed. Each case can hold approx. 56 Battletech miniatures, +/-5 depending on size.

The sturdiness of the case and being able to easily remove foam pieces to fit my miniatures provides the protection required to keep their paint from being chipped. I will be buying more cases in the near future.

The entire purpose of this case is to be rugged. one of the latches was completely broken off on arrival and it was inside and amazon box. As you can see the entire latch relies on 2 small pieces of plastic. Is this strong enough to hold the contents sure. Is it strong enough to survive being dropped? apparently not, but isn't that what it's designed for? Also the pluck foam in two of the corners was glues incorrectly so much it damaged the bottom piece. I have used Battlefoam for years and never had this issue. The first corner I plucked tore a hole in the bottom, the 2nd I was even more careful with but it still tore a piece from the bottom, you can see it still glued to the pluck piece. The 2nd insert was fine. I'm giving it 2 stars because as least you can customize the foam size to hold actual minimatures. The other load-outs of 1" x 1" won't hold anything from the 40K realm. Bases are more than a 1" wide.
