This product was all around amazing with some minor flaws. Comfort: 10/10 I work from home and game so I am at my computer for incredibly long hours. I've had headsets in the past squish my glasses into my head, and generally squish my head so hard my skull hurts. Neither of these things ever happen and I honestly sometimes forget I'm even wearing them. Sound Quality 7/10: Minor audio bleeding. Nothing to write home about, but great for a Bluetooth headset (at least in my experiences) Software/Accessibility 8/10: The software itself is wonderful, a ton of customization options, I was very pleasantly surprised. Setup was surprisingly very easy. Didn't have to do any form of troubleshooting to get it working. Sadly the software doesn't register the headset unless I unplug the bluetooth USB and replug it in. Thankfully, I'm not in there too often. Range is just meh. Certainly wish it was longer. Overall I absolutely adore this headset. It's also just super sleek and looks AMAZING with my setup. Really happy with my purchase :)

UPDATE AFTER ~TWO MONTHS: Changed to a 1 star from 2 star because this headset has caused me pain and suffering. Honestly, the sound quality I got used to pretty fast and it was okay. Then, the headset started to make random, static popping sounds. I built my PC, studied IT in college, and work in IT, so I can confidently say I did everything I could to troubleshoot. The issue is just the headset itself is very poorly made. Logitech was able to do an RMA for me, but the replacement headset ended up having the same issues. EXCEPT WORSE. Not only did it have the same issues, but it would disconnect and reconnect from my PC about twice every minute, causing my PC to be laggy until I unplugged them. Then, they started to blast a deafening static noise that wouldn't stop, even after power cycling the headset. After a lot of researching for these issues, turns out these are extremely common problems with this headset :|. So now I am trying to contact Logitech for a return and now getting ghosted! Yay! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had a feeling this wouldn't live up to my optimistic expectations.... and I was right. The only thing this headset has over its competitors at the same price point is aesthetics. I have a white/girly setup and really try to stick to the vibe (it is just how I like things), so when I couldn't find any other GOOD headset in this price range with an aesthetic that isn't just "BLACK AND SOME VIBRANT PRIMARY COLOR," I settled on this. Unfortunately, it sounds about the same as the Airpods I bought years ago. Also, within the first five minutes of wearing this headset, it started to feel awkward. If you want to get a headset at this price point but also want to stick with a white/girly aesthetic, go for something like the HyperX Cloud Alphas and do some spray painting

I got a new pc for Christmas. The way I have my desk set up my old headset which wasn't wireless no longer worked. The cord was too short to game comfortably. This headset is just as comfortable as my other set but the wireless function is A+. Sound quality is great and if I step away to go to the kitchen a couple rooms away, the headset rarely goes out of range. I wear glasses and don't have any issues with the headset and causing pain. If I wear it for several hours (maybe 5+) my one ear does get a little sore but I attribute that to my industrial piercing plus my glasses. No pain on my left side. The battery lasts forever as well. I've yet to have it die on me. The only thing I can't comment on is the mic quality. I've had a yeti for years and never use my headset mics. Just my preference. The noise canceling is great. I have a very vocal cat and sometimes my friends will comment about her arrival but 9 times out of 10 I don't notice her a foot away yelling.

Pros: - Very comfortable, can wear for hours without getting a headache - Love the aesthetics. The rgb lights are customizable through Logitech Hub. - Good materials, built well - The sound is good enough. Definitely not a fantastic audio experience, but they work for what I use them for. I will note that the sound through the usb dongle connection is much better than through bluetooth connection. - The dual audio connection!!! This is my absolute favorite feature. I can be connected to my phone via bluetooth and my computer via usb dongle at the same time. When I'm loading into a game I will scroll through my phone and hear everything right in my headset. It's great. What I don't like: - The mic. This one is hard to explain...the quality of the mic is fine, but it picks up ALL of the background noise. Even after spending hours messing with the settings in the Logitech Hub, the mic would still pick up every little thing: keyboard, mouse, chair creaks, and even the sounds coming out of the headset itself. It is so bad that I have to pay for Krisp to use whenever I'm on a video call or playing games with friends. I called Logitech because I thought maybe I had a defective mic, but apparently this headset does not have the same noise suppression features that other Logitech headsets have.....which is disappointing to say the least, especially given the high price point. If you have an Nvidia graphics card then you can use the Nvidia noise cancellation for free, and you won't have to deal with any of this. I unfortunately do not. - Connectivity. Occasionally the headset will disconnect from my computer for a few seconds. This is super annoying but it always reconnects on its own. I also can't walk more than 10 feet away without losing connection, which is also really annoying if I'm in a party and want to walk to the kitchen to get some water or something. I really wish this was better. Overall, I have decided to keep this headset. But if I hadn't had a gift card to help me pay for them I probably would have returned them. You can certainly find something better at the $230 price point.

First I would like to head this post with the cons: The battery, once out, takes a while to charge, nothing extreme just be aware of your charge. Then there's the issue of controls, they take getting used to, but maybe it's my inexperience with bluetooth headphones. Every time I hit a button it feels like RNG and also I have no idea which button I am pressing. Take that as you will. The positives though are amazing. They go as follows: The battery, it lasts for a LONG time without RGB and with RGB is a full day of use. The customization on PC is insane, having an entire logic to the lights with even changing with the program if you wish. On top of that the quality of sound, for bluetooth, is insane. I genuinely feel like I am able to hear mids, tops, and enough bass. (Note: Go into settings and check if you enjoy the surround sound verus the stereo mode, I love the surround sound, I play games that require directional audio and the surround sound actually pin points it better than the native stereo for some reason) Lastly the customization of the earpads is a nice addition. You can buy them off of Logitech's website and I actually liked the fact that their packaging is renewable compared to the plastic garbage you get with everything else nowadays. Overall a quality product for my use case. Recommend 10/10 and Logitech has come a long way since it's earlier days!

As some other reviews mention this headset will disconnect on its own and reconnect intermittently even if you are very close to the receiver. This causes problems when streaming on discord making the audio briefly very loud for others in the call and cuts out entirely for me while the audio comes out of my speakers. My biggest complaint is that the mic will UNMUTE itself. Fortunately, it does give the audio indicator but it is easy to miss. There is also no visual or physical indicator for when you are manually muted as the button does not stay depressed. I find myself constantly toggling the mute button to see if I am muted or not. Finally, broke out my Blue Yeti mic due to the mute issues and overall poor mic quality. Wish the White G pro Wireless headset came out before I bought this. I have contacted customer support regarding these issues and they did try sending a new headset but unfortunately the problems persist (I had to escalate my request as the initial agent was refusing to send out a replacement before my existing headset was returned and I needed to have a headset to use for work in the interim). I am confident these issues are with the headset hardware or software and not with my set up and was hoping the issues could be brought up the ladder and corrected. Unfortunately, I was sent email after email of additional troubleshooting - if a new headset didn't fix it and others are facing the same problems I think Logitech should be doing the additional troubleshooting. Some Pros: Comfy and lightweight compared to the Steel Series Arctis which gave me headaches when I wore it all day. Love that we finally got a white wireless headset and the lighting is a fun feature- I have received many compliments. I am a HUGE fan of lightspeed. I can use the dongle to use my headset with my PC and the bluetooth to take calls or listen to music on my phone. You can also use the bluetooth to connect to a work laptop and take calls via bluetooth. It is easy to adjust the audio output so that you can hear both devices. I also enjoy the sidetone options in Ghub so I can hear my voice filtered in through the headset. There is no delay so it is not disorienting.

Although this headset doesn't have active noise canceling it honestly still gets the job done. Voices are but a faint whisper. It makes it sound like those ambient videos with talking in the background which is a plus for when I am gaming or doing homework. I like that the microphone is removable as I can wear these outside the house without looking like I am about to take some ones food order. One thing I disliked was the lack of detailed instructions. I wasn't able to find any sort of paper/booklet that gave worded instructions. There were pictured instructions in a minimalistic way but it was a bit tricky figuring out what certain things were meant for. Tip: If you have downloaded Logitech G Hub and are trying to figure out how to make the headset appear on the application insert the USB drive that it comes with. That way it will pop up and you can customize the colors :)! Overall the headset itself is amazing!

I might might do a more extensive review at some other time but for the meantime I'll say this, the sound is fantastic, they are very comfortable for both my big head and my girlfriends tiny one, they look great and the build quality is superb. Also the mic sound quality is actually pretty decent for a wireless headset but it can be detached easily if you never want to use it. Love it.

Chegou bem embalado. 3 meses de uso e não tive problemas com ele até então, ótima qualidade, trás comodidade e liberdade sem ter que ficar se preocupando com os cabos. Por enquanto não tive o azar de ter problemas com a bateria mas apanhei um pouco nas primeiras horas para configurar a conexão dele com o Logitech G HUB (aplicativo para quem quer personalizar melhor suas configurações), o som ficava cortando e voltando, mas depois percebi que era uma falha de sincronização da minha parte.

El sonido es muy bueno, el color de los leds es precioso, y muy cómodo de usar largos periodos de tiempo, anteriormente usaba los razer Kitty y en comparación son mucho más livianos los uso para trabajar 9 horas diarias y para mí día a día jugar y ejercitarme. La verdad si sudas mucho al correr pues es el material es tipo piel pero en realidad es buen producto en mi opinión es muuuy caro pero lo conseguí en barata justo al límite de lo que me permito pagar por unos audífonos jaja

Puede conectarse por bluetooth y lightspeed o bluetooth y auxiliar. Excelente construcción y acabados, las gomas son muy cómodas y puedo usarlos durante toda una jornada de trabajo o durante larga sesiones de juego. La batería dura bastante más de lo que esperaba y no deja salir el sonido. Mis únicos peros se encuentran en que por el precio esperaría poder disfrutar de mejores sonidos, tengo unos Sony WH-1000XM3 y definitivamente los prefiero para sesiones de música a estos Logitech, sin embargo se disfruta en dias de oficina pues no tengo problemas de cables. Mi otro problema es que el USB no funciona como segunda entrada auxiliar, por lo que no se puede usar la conexión USB directa para aprovechar el audio mientras se cargan.
