Can I use this for with my iPhone 11 in Greece, 220?

Yes, of course! It will work anywhere in the world in any DC or AC power source like a car or home/office. What matters as far as input voltage is the usb c adapter that this cable plugs into, (although I haven't seen any usb c adapters that weren't variable voltage 110-240v). Obviously the prongs must also physically match the outlets in Greece. So, no the cable has no effect on input voltage. I don't know why some people answer questions and have absolutely no clue and give bad info????

Does it come with a wall charger or just cable?

It is as shown in the ad, just a cable no wall charger. Works great though.
