Raincoast Trading Wild Pacific Sardines in Spring Water (120 g)

The fish vary slightly in size so some cans will have three fish while other will have four or five. The fish themselves are tender and juicy with a mild aroma and hold together well when removed from the can. The pull top lid opens cleanly and easily and the tin rinses well for later recycling.

These are truly top quality, and the most delicious sardines I have had. I purchase them by the dozen and it is handy having them available as part of a healthy snack or to include in a meal or a salad. Health benefits include strengthening bones- calcium, vitamins, and minerals, and omega 3 fatty acids. I like that they are in spring water, and are WILD CAUGHT.

I liked it a lot, and am surprised at how seldom you see sardines from the West Coast of North America in the market --- they're the gold standard. Why in the world should we in the US, Canada or Mexico have to Import sardines?

Fantastic! They appear to be more fresh than other brands. I also like that they are fully-formed and not mushy like other brands. Gotta love a Canadian product! Delicious made into a salad with mayo & dijon, crunchy vegetables like celery, radishes and pickles, and some salt and pepper. Put that mixture on half an avocado and YUM! So healthy and great omega 3 and calcium!

This is a great company with great products. I love their sustainability approach. These Sardines are Great! I had a little issue about the product I received and this was handled promptly and graciously. These are Good People who stand behind their products.
