Horrible, find it elsewhere
Should be 0 stars, and I came in with an open mind when looking at previous reviews. This is a complete joke and a waste of a lot of your time. I got 2 units, both allegedly in used-excellent condition. The first one the HDMI port was so kicked in that you couldn't plug the cord in, and as a bonus it was missing the power cords anyway. The replacement looked better, but then doesn't turn on at all. So now I will have made 2 trips to Kohl's and UPS store for a product that I never got to even use. Don't buy one, and Amazon should be ashamed to send these out without even trying to test them first, why bother, just trash or donate them.

Just one thing…
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Arrived early, but the disc try doesn’t work. I bought this to play a specific game on disc, and couldn’t. Otherwise everything else works and connects to Internet fine. . It’s ok, because I guess discs are going away anyway.

Great console, no issues
Works great! Came with everything needed, except the micro USB for the remote but that not a big deal. Super happy with my purchase. Now I'll be playing Hogwarts Legacy for the next 8 hours :)

Major outage issue - slow - buttons on any controller dont sync properly - nothing installs
It has an outage issue first day plugging it in. Nothing is working properly. Will have to return it. Unfortunately. Never experienced this with Amazon before. It was for my son who worked very hard to earn! I am pretty disappointed.

AC adapter doesn’t work!
Everything was included however the AC adapter does not work! I had to purchase a new AC adapter.
