What is the warranty process? my camera i both may 2 is useless because it leaked water! how do i claim warranty ?

How long is the cable from the camera to the mirror?

The cable length, at almost 25' sounds generous, but for installation in a Tahoe, it's about 3 feet short. I had to splice in a piece of USB cable that I cut the connectors off of then soldered/heat-shrinked as needed (could also twist/tape if no soldering iron available). Note, you'll need 3-conductor cable to use for the extension. I had already installed/hidden the long piece of cable (assuming it would reach) all the way from the camera in the lift-gate down to the floor, along the doors, and up the driver-side pillar when I found it to be too short, so I extended the cable attached to the mirror/monitor to get it tucked into the headliner from driver-side pillar to mirror.
