The product itself is good, but I face a problem after 3 months that the battery keep showing low on the screen, I changed the batteries 3 times with the best brands in the market and the problem didn’t solved, I tried to contact the seller ( Manufacturer ) and they answered and they gave me some instructions to try to solve this issue but nothing happened than the seller stopped responding to the massages and disappeared

In one year, the sync up on the mobile app is not really useful. if I move the scale it keep showing different results for 5 times in row. I wouldn’t recommend.

Stopped working after not even one year. It gives a Lo error. I tried different brand batteries, the error is persistent.

Need to adjust the unit every time you weigh yourself even though adjusted to kg on the scale itself and on the app, it always goes back to lb !!!!

I am very disappointed at this, after 1 month of using it as a supposedly upgrad to my OMRON old device. The data i was getting was shocking, leading mento intesify my workout and diet plan yet results never changed. I ended up going to the doctor and got full body test as I was worried from the data on this device. The doctor results where excellent and the Devoce data are completely wrong. Ex: actual body fatbis 21% while Eufy shows 27%, Visceral fat is 8% while Eufy shows 12%. What a waste of money, and caused distress and anxiety driven by the wrong data. What a shame

Totally not accurate, and it gives +- 2KG difference in weight. Although the mobile app, and body mass analysis looks pretty good.. but all figures are far from realistic numbers . Don’t waste your money on such scale.

It is really useless! Numbers are not real and not logical! I compared this inbody test with the one done in my nutritionist clinic and the results show a big differences!

Hello, the scale is not working and I need to change it. I put new batteries and still says Lo (low battery) I used it once and never again I need help to contact the supplier

Returned it. The device is good but the app is crap. Had lots of issues with the app and returning the product is simply faster than getting support from the company.
