Really nice refurbished desktop. It worked fine from the beginning. The set-up was easy. Very fast with many nice features. I like having 3Tb of storage (1Tb SSD, 2Tb HDD). I wasn't crazy about the keyboard (a little too light for me) or mouse (it powered off when I wasn't using it and wouldn't easily come back on), but I replaced them with ones I had. The LED mouse pad is pretty cool, and when you get tired of the array of colors, you can turn off the light by pressing the light button for a few seconds. The desktop doesn't come with a CD/DVD drive, so I purchased a Gotega External DVD Drive for $20 which works fine. All in all, I would recommend this desktop.

Good unti for the price point. It's 'refurbished' but so far seems to be working fine. We bought this to replace a Windows 10 Dell we'd had for years as it wouldn't accept Windows 11 due to processor and other constraints. Boots up fast and works great for what we do around the house with a desktop PC.

Refurbished might get a bad rap, but this computer works fine. I set it up pretty easy. I am pleased with the purchase. It comes with battery powered keyboard and mouse. I personally prefer wires.

I purchased this computer recently and had to exchange it for another one because a large white box kept loading and covering half the screen. When I got the second computer, it had the same problem. I didn't install any software and even tried installing Windows multiple times and the problem remains. I called Dell support and they informed me that the computer was registered to our Federal Government and that I had to fill out paperwork to have the government sign off on it and say that they had sold the computer as it was a security issue. This could take possibly 2 weeks. I called Amazon back and they wouldn't allow me to exchange the computer for another one for a second time and would only issue me a refund which she said could take 2-3 weeks to appear on my card. This process has been very frustrating not only dealing with the computer issues and exchanges, but I could hardly hear Amazon's customer support person, as she sounded very muffled, there was a lot of other people talking in the background, and she had a heavy accent. It's a shame, as I purchased this same computer several months ago and I love it. That's why I wanted to purchase another one. What a shame.

Bought to replace my Windows 10 HP desktop that couldn't be upgraded to Windows 11. Delivered on time in perfect condition. Only comment the wireless mouse works but the wireless keyboard was DOA out of the box. Asked for replacement but haven't received it yet. I'll update if they send it.

This is the first computer I've ever bought online, as opposed to from a physical store. I'm glad I took a chance on it though. It's a replacement to a much older HP desktop (AMD) originally built with Windows 7 (10 added later). Anyway, it's been terrific so far. At only 11.5" tall and 3.75" wide it's very compact. It's also really quiet; I'd never know it was even on. It's faster than my older unit, and was easy to get up and running. It also boots up, and awakens from sleep quicker than the old computer. The only initial issue was that it "appears" to have once had a DVD-drive....but if it did, it was removed in the refurbishing process. I ended up buying one after the fact, so now it uses an external drive. Windows 10 will lose support next year, but for the time being I'm not too worried about that.

Small form factor i7 but really powerful, I just noticed it coms with a DVD RW optical drive, Sweet!
