Product quality is excellent I really like it. It's very soft and the sponge is comfortable to sit on also the fabric cover is durable and the texture feels royal. Overall the product is great. My only issue is that the product has very low back rest when placed in sofa position this looks so small when seen and it doesn't feel great.

Very dissatisfied with the service from the seller. Got a defective product and they are not even taking the return. The customer service personnel was very unhelpful almost responding like a bot and giving me no solutions. I understand sometimes there can be defects but the lack of accountability the utter disregard of the customers time is unacceptable. Other than the defect I think the product is good but the whole customer experience really has made me reluctant to buy products from this brand in the future.
