Was recommended these years ago by a nutritionist and have continued to take them with no negative side effects. The tablets are pretty big in size and I know some people can struggle to take larger tablets but im fine with it. All medical professionals I have seen since have said these are good quality vitamins, and I will continue to take them

Nutri Advanced - Multi Essentials for Women Multivitamin with Iron My wife regularly takes a multi vitamin tablet, she feels they will help plug any gaps where she may be deficient of certain elements within the body. This particular product is designed for women and should contain much of what is important for the body. The tablets each contain 29 essential vitamins and minerals. After reading through the ingredient list, it does appear that generous helpings of each are provided. With that in mind, the tablets are rather large and may be a little difficult for some to swallow, I know my wife will struggle a little with these. She does tend to cut larger tablets in half so that they are easier to swallow. Personally I don't find the size a problem if taken with a drink of water. At first glance these do seem to be a little expensive, but they are quite potent and certainly provide a lot more than my wife's regular multi vitamin. In fact the print on the bottle claims these are high potency and are highly absorbable. The only downside is that the open bottle does give off a slight odour when compared to my wife's regular multi vitamin, but the smell of a single tablet is not really that noticeable or off putting. Can't say I've noticed a big difference but I tend to ensure I'm getting the essential vitamins etc. through my diet and exercise regularly, these are more of a belt and braces thing to be certain that I'm doing everything I reasonably can to take care of myself. The one thing that is particularly noticeable however is the luminous pee. The tablets are quite big and dry, you will need a glass of water to swallow them, they don't have any distinct odour like some other multi vitamins I've used in the past. The container is not child proof

I am happy to say these supplements were recommended to me by my personal trainer about ten years ago and I’ve been taking them since then. My trainer said that cheap supplements aren’t worth taking and that these ones are good. They are expensive but he told me they are worth the extra that you pay over cheaper brands. The pills are large - be warned ! I don’t have any trouble swallowing them, but if you don’t like large pills I would think about seeing how big they are before you purchase. They don’t taste of anything. The only thing I would say is that they make me thirsty, about an hour after taking them, so I take them with a big glass of water. I also eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and that’s the most important thing.

These are a good combination of excellent ingredients. Even though they look a little large I have no problem swallowing them with a small amount of water. They don't have any off-putting smell to them and they don't leave any strange aftertaste once they have been swallowed. There is 60 tablets in the container and at one a day they will last a couple of months and so for the money they are a reasonable price when you consider the excellent quality of these tablets. So overall a good brand and definitely worth trying.

Dangerous amounts of b vitamin. Turns your pee neon colour!!! I wanted a great daily vitamin and this would be too dangerous to use daily.
