If the ifobs are lost, can replacements be purchased? If so where?

We love our boxes. We have three of them and they will not allow a FOB from one box to be accepted into another. When we try the box identifies that it is a new FOB and asks, only the administrator, if we want to re-identify to this location. We have purchased extra key rings/cables but we haven't yet bought new FOB's. However, we have been in contact with the manufacturer and they are very supportive. I'm certain new FOBs can be purchased.

what's the difference between ff-7-0370 and ea-100117 t21

They are similar items, one is made by Traka and the other Medeco. Not sure if its made by Medeco or they private label. You would have to contact Medeco.

Does this product come with a backup battery or is that purchased separately?
