Excelente teléfono a un precio accesible Compré el Samsung Galaxy A13 y ha sido una gran elección. Tiene una pantalla clara, buena resolución, y la batería me dura todo el día sin problema. La cámara es sorprendentemente buena para el precio. No se traba, es rápido para redes sociales, fotos y llamadas. Ideal si buscás un teléfono funcional sin gastar una fortuna. Muy recomendado.

The phone came in excellent condition, along with a charger. It came unlocked to T-Mobile coverage so it was easy to just pop my SIM card in and transfer my data over. The sound is amazing. It functions great with little to no lagging, connection works greatly as well and the screen size is comfortable, not too big or too little. I also bought screen protectors making it scratch resistant. Overall its a wonderful phone. I hope this helps💗

This is the second time I have bought this model phone. The first one froze a lot, constantly overheated. This one also overheats and now it only lets me make emergency calls, answer calls and lets me attempt to restart. otherwise also a black screen Piece of crap..

El teléfono llegó en muy buen estado a pesar de ser reconstruido, es perfecto para niños o a duetos mayores ya que no es de una gama alta y es un poco lento. Yo lo compre para mi hijo de 13 años

Bought the phone thinking it was dual SIM! It is not it seems to be able to take dual Sims but it doesn't take dual Sims! Plus the USB C to USB cord that comes with it! Totally useless luckily I have other chords around to charge the phone. The phone connects really well but I don't understand why we can't have it a dual SIM phone when everybody else in the world gets one of these phones 5G now G13 and they get a dual sam! But not in North America! Is this a deal with the phone companies so if you travel out of North America you have to buy another phone instead of just sticking a SIM card in it?? That's okay I got a solution to the problem but I travel the other country I will buy a phone there! And they all have dual SIM

First off, it took a month to arrive to me from the order date, so I was not impressed with that, HOWEVER, I will look past that and just review the phone. I will try to be detailed as I know I read hundreds of reviews before finally feeling secure with my purchase, so hopefully I can help someone out here. The box it arrived in was old and dirty so I was extremely nervous to open it, but once I did I was very impressed. The phone itself was in phenomenal, like new condition. I was very happy to see everything included in the box (sim key ejector, charging cable, plug in adapter) so that was great since some of the reviews I read said parts were not included or missing, ect. The phone needed to be charged right away, and as soon as I plugged in it, the included wall adapter started making a very high pitched buzzing sound, so I swapped it out with a different adapter I already had on hand (you can get them anywhere so not a big deal) and problem was instantly solved. I am completely unfamiliar with Samsung phones, so I was worried about set up, but once I was easily able to change the language from Spanish to English, it was pretty easy to do. I really liked how crisp and clear the graphics were and the phone has a great screen size for gaming. I will say that in my opinion the phone is pretty laggy in loading, but my 12 year old doesn’t really seem to mind and after pretty much living on it for the past two days, it’s safe to say he loves the phone. It took some doing to familiarize ourselves with it, and found it was not as user friendly as an iPhone, but once you figure out how to actually gets the apps on the Home Screen and change the clock, ect, you’re good to go. Pros: great screen size, clear graphics, amazing battery life, 12 year old approved. Cons: A little laggy, not the most user friendly until you get used to it, weird buzzing adaptor. Note: we have not tried installing a SIM card as of yet, so I can’t attest to that. So far this phone has been great, well worth the purchase price, and my son is extremely happy with it, so for that, I would absolutely recommend it.
