Works like a charm!
I LOVE this zapper! We've had ZERO issues with house flies or fruit flies since I bought this, and I won't be without one, again. I live in the South, and flies in the house drive me crazy!

Can’t open up grid
I am not able to use this product since the grid is stuck & won’t open up so I am unable to remove the tray and light bulbs as this is where company initially house the tray & the spare light bulbs. The grid below are linked or attached to the tiny pin holes which I think should be attached to the bigger slot so that I can slide it down. Problem with the assembly perhaps?????

Best purchase in a while!
A friend purchased this and suggested i get one for the flies. Boy am I glad I did. I had no idea the amount of little flying creatures we had in our home. Best purchase i have made of an item in a long time.

Paid Full Price - Got A Used Item
Product box wasn't completely sealed and there's a suspicious zip tie holding something together at the bottom of the unit. It's doing the job though. I live in South Carolina and the mosquitoes are literally waiting outside the door to come in when it opens. There is one negative thing though. There are bug bodies around the outside of the unit. It's like there's no catch bin. They get zapped and fall outside the cage covering the electric grid. I put the unit on some paper towels for easier cleanup.

Best bug zapper I’ve ever had
This thing totally kicks ass. I’ve went from having tons of flies in my house to virtually none. The zapping sound is very loud though and scares my dog each time it goes off

underperformed
I have had a lot of these. I live in Florida so they do a lot of work. This one never really seemed to work. I don't think it's developing as much voltage on the grid as it should. Usually I have to empty these monthly. This one hasn't filled the tray in a year. I've replaced bulbs more than I've emptied the tray. One of the sockets isn't working and the other burns out a bulb pretty fast. Lasted less than a year.

Get rid flys and other flying insects
I spent quite a lot of money with window stickers, outlet fly catchers, sprays, fly traps to no avail. Bought this and that was the end of pests! Wish I had started with this instead. Well built, great design.
