I had them in my shoes upside down...my fault and they were still comfortable. Once i turned them over in the correct left and right....(grwy side up...gel side down) ohhh they are sooo good.

I bought these for new canvas lace up shoes which felt uncomfortable due to hard sole. These were more expensive than I would normally spend on insoles but Iโm glad I invested as they make a huge difference in comfort. I would recommend and will buy again.
