Excellent!!! Very good sound and controls with HDMI Arc, easy to connect to Samsung tv and Soundbar quality . Is premium device, boxes papers and parts all all from Samsung, included.

Purchased a new LED TV after 12 years -unfortunately the existing soundbar I added as not compatible with the new TV so I needed a new one. My criteria was simple: not terribly expensive, Optical connection required AND same brand (compatible components working together is a big requirement me). Search through a bunch of I found the B550 fits all my categories. the install and connecting it to the TV was easier than expected - the optical connection was immediately recognized. I also using Bluetooth for headphones when others are sleeping. Overall the sound quality was worth the price - it integrates with my TV remote (yeah a new Samsung QLED - that is a given it should work)... great experience.

Vizio M Series had really stale and static sound in comparison. The remote was also slow to respond and had too many inputs, each time you switched it voiced the the input type outloud which got annoying really fast. It voiced the input types at varying volumes as well. Had to play around with the settings to get it how I wanted but I found what worked best for me. It ended up NOT being the DTS:X profile, but it's nice that the option is there. That said my gripes with the DTS:X/Virtual Surround are with the profile/software itself which is the same on any sound device, not a gripe with the soundbar itself. It's still a nice profile but I preferred the others. Also you can use the voice boost with DTS:X so just one other reason not to use it. The subwoofer gives a good enough umph without being too much which is good because I didn't want to get carried away with bass anyway. It does have enough bass and treble. Overall good sound for a sub 200 soundbar, if you get it with the subwoofer.

I like this sound bar, it is decent quality. but my number one takeaway is that it does not have good dynamic volume control. it tries, but it seems to be a dated system or a "lite" version. if you do not need that feature then i do recommend this - it has good sound quality, easy to setup, takes up very little space.

This Samsung sound bar with sub woofer is about $100 less than the exact same model I found in Best Buy. It's easy to hook up and it sounds great with the adjustable sub woofer output. It didn't work with the HDMI cable I was using so I called Samsung customer service and they helped me discover that the cable was defective, but a simple set up change set the connection to wireless blue tooth and it works great.

Bought for a friend's new OLED TV. Easy mount on the wall, mounts included (not screws/anchors). Set it up hardwired for the sound bar, but Bluetooth for the woofer. Remote allows tinkering with treble and bass levels, and also five presets...one of which allows the system to use the correct preset of what it thinks your watching. That function is hit or miss, but we give it a shot and adjust if necessary. The simulated Surround setting is kind of nice, but don't expect miracles! Overall, on a cost / benefit basis, I highly recommend.

ive always disliked soundbars, i had one only because i needed anything better than tv speakers =-P , Samsungs b550 with subwoofer was a definite upgrade , both in sound quality and volume, I didn't think the bass would be that great, then I realized I had it on setting 1, some finetuning later, I got rich sound from movies, yes, its not the same as a 1000w receiver with 7.1 speakers, but for the small(ish) tv in the smaller bedroom it packs more than enough gradient covering highs and low bass, one small perk as well is that auto powers on with almost no lag once the tv is on whereas the previous one you had to manually turn it on and wait 10 sec for it to start, so very convenient

Overall, I like the sound quality and easy set process. They did a great job with the durability and Bluetooth capability of the bass speaker and sound bar itself. However, the only downside is that, like the Amazon Firestick that can be used to operate the TV as a universal remote, Samsum remote only operates that soundbar and unfortunately, you have to use 2 different remotes to control the volume. Im looking to see if there is a universal remote that can control the soundbar, as well as, the TV and I will be set. Overall, good purchase for my mom, with hopes that she can keep up with the remote..LOL

The system was easy to setup and has various connection options. Sound is good and price is right. Works perfectly with my Samsung TV.

Arrived on time. Sound quality much improved over tv. Easy to set up.

En general muy buena barra, Samsung no me falló en esta por qué compré antes de esa una LG y tuvo un fallo, es de 410 watts y si suelta un buen sonido, no el más potente pero si le subes no se queda corta, el subwoofer también es bueno y decente, desconozco de cuántos watts será pero en su modo bass suena bastante limpio sin escucharse saturado en cada golpe de graves que hay

Great product. Sound and Bass are outstanding. Massive improvement from the standard tv speakers. Defo a must have for the price. When it arrived the box was in quite bad state, so not the best start. I set it all up and only later noticed that the soundbar had a dent :/ (very hard to see, only noticable from an angle) However, the seller was quick and efficient and organised a replacement, after I returned the damaged unit. All in all I'm happy with the purchase.
