Useful for stretching
Definitely useful just wished strap was a little wider so it doesn’t dig in the skin and makes it a little uncomfortable otherwise it’s good for stretching

Excellent Quality Stretch Strap
I originally purchased this stretching strap for physical therapy and it has been such a helpful tool during my recovery. Colour was not like the picture.
I was disappointed with the colour. It turned out to be darker than the illustration. I thought it was pink, but it turned out to be dark purple.
