Very Nice Bike !!
Awesome sturdy recumbent bike for a very reasonable price. After total knee replacement on both knees over the holidays I needed a non weight bearing piece of equipment for physical therapy and this bike is just the ticket! It is super quiet and really stable. Seat is nice and thick and comfortable .Very strong steel built, assembly instructions are easy to follow and took only about an hour to put together. To be honest I wasn’t expecting this quality for that price but I was extremely pleased. Customer service was excellent as well.

Excellent Bike for Low-impact Exercise
I really like this bike; it is very well-made, sturdy and comfortable to use. It feels like a quality piece of equipment. As someone who hates to exercise, I enjoy putting on a YouTube video and riding my bike through the countryside. Regarding installation: I was able to put this together in about 90 minutes and I highly encourage people to watch the video (on the bike details page) which was very helpful when I was a bit confused. Another thing I want to mention is how excellent customer service was in addressing an issue I had with the bike. They were quick to respond and resolve things and I didn't encounter any friction during the process. Overall, I highly recommend this bike and I am very happy I purchased it.

Good value bike. Electronics are junk.
I've owned this bike for a year. It's a solid bike. Took about 1hr to assemble, by one person. The bike is quiet. It's easy to move around with the front wheels. Easy use manual knob for changing the resistance on the fly' My only complain is the display. Very cheesy looking, hard to read, and I could never get the display to stay on the 'Time Elapsed' setting. The bluetooth connectivity was shameful. It would work one day, and not the next, even with new batteries. I also used the approved KinoMaps with the bike. Forget it... unless you want to pay a subscription to Kino for the same maps month after month. The bike itself is a good value. If you want a fancy display and electronics... this is NOT the bike you want. If you want to watch tv or listen to music while working out, it's a good choice.

Excellent product
I assembled this unit yesterday and got my first 30 minute workout on it this morning. Here are my impressions: Assembly directions are detailed and very accurate. The only issues I had was with bracket for holding the seat unit (item #20) in place. I spent a good bit of time searching through all of the parts thinking either I had misplaced it or it was not included, only to find it bolted in place to the unit. Also had the same issues with the screws to hold the digital screen, already in the back of that piece. As one reviewer has pointed out, getting the two bolts that hold the seat unit in place is a bit of a PITA. I strongly recommend lying down next to the unit to get a full view of the work area. Don't try to do it blindly by feel. Also as noted elsewhere, the bracket attached with two bolts to the front of the unit is meant to serve as a handle to get the unit in place. It is then removed and not used in the actual assembly. They also provide a good bit of extra fastener hardware so you will have a bit of a pile of stuff left over when completed. My first workout was very positive. I do a lot of road biking and have spent a lot of time in the off season on trainers and stationary bikes. Full disclosure, this unit is for my wife, but I expect to make regular use of it as well. This is my first experience with a recumbent. I found it to be very solid, smooth, and quiet. The tension range seems more than adequate for a good workout. I'm 5'11"/ 150 lbs. Being in a recumbent position will definitely take some getting used to but I expect it may offer less wear and tear on my aging hips. Areas for improvement: the floppy handles by the seat are a little weird. I guess it may be useful to get them out of the way... I wish the digital readout included cadence. I did connect with Kimomap without any issues. That seems to work pretty well but with a small delay in getting data from the bike to the kinomap display. So when you pick up the cadence, you won't see it reflected on the kinomap disply for 10 seconds or so. Kinomap does show cadence and watts. You get 2 weeks free then it is $12 per month. The manual shows that it can also connect with Zwift. The tray for holding an iPad, etc. would benefit from a wider rim at the bottom. Also be aware that this unit is heavy. It is maneuverable but takes some effort to get the back end up to move it around. Not a complaint, just a fact. All in all, highly recommended. P.S. After using this a few times, I can agree with another reviewer that mentioned how stiff the seat is. I definitely recommend an additional seat cushion. Keep in mind that the on a recumbent, your butt is parked on the seat and carrying most of your weight 100% of the time. There is no getting out of the saddle to give your butt a break as there is on a conventional bike.

Very good bike - PROS and CONS list to help you decide
After a lot of research I decided to purchase the Niceday Recumbent Exercise Bike. First impressions: PROS: - the fit and finish were very good. Easy to put together - everything fit and instructions were the best I have seen in a while - assembly took about 45 minutes - instructions kept me from making any mistakes - bike packing was exceptional. Note to remove cardboard FIRST then you can remove certain parts easily from styrofoam. - the bike is really really very quiet and smooth - the bike is very stable. We have it in a room with carpet and the bike is stable - it moves very little and riders feel secure - the seat is easy to adjust to accommodate multiple riders - My wife is 5’2” and I am 6’0” and we are both very comfortable riding - foot pedals/ foot placement and foot straps are comfortable- easy in / easy out. Works well for me and my wife without making individual adjustments - The resistance is easy to change with a click while pedaling - easy to follow along with fitness videos when they ask you to change resistance - the resistance is good enough for beginners or for moderate exercise - CONS: - the LCD display is dark - hard to read unless room is well lit. Kinda don’t use the display much because of this. - Can’t see where you can see RPM rate. Some fitness vids state to follow along at a certain Revs per minute - have to do calculations from MPH - The seat and back rest is Ok. Not truly a con but nothing exceptional here. - the resistance tops out at a easier moderate. No Olympic training here. You need to plan to go longer and not harder with this equipment. If you want a high intensity bike for advanced - look elsewhere. - minor but not easy to see markings when adjusting seat for diff riders. Needed to stick some labels to make seat adjustments easier I would buy this bike again - and would consider other products from this company (Niceday) in the future.

Impressive Quality and Sturdiness
This appears to be a very well constructed machine, solid and well designed. Assembly is straightforward, with excellent instructions and well labeled parts and tools to do the job. I have mobility issues, but was able to put it together in about 2-3 hours. It was extremely well packed, and about 1 of those hours was just unpacking, which requires a knife to cut all the tape holding pieces in the packing supports. When exercising it is completely quiet and stable. A normal person would be able to move it around for location using the rear handle and front rollers, but with my mobility issues I needed someone to help me. A lot of reviewers had issues with the display, but I found it easy to read and adjust, with clear directions for setting up provided. As with a lot of these displays, I cannot vouch for the accuracy, but I only use if for a comparison of each workout with the others, not for a true measure of heartbeat rate, distance or calories. I highly recommend it, especially considering the attractive price.

Excellent Residential Recumbent Bike For The Price!
Very sturdy, approximately 90lbs, well thought out and built recumbent bike for the price. It was packaged extremely well and arrived intact. I purchased the bike for my 92-year old mother who has become sedentary and needs a convenient form of exercise. Having handles with the heart rate monitoring capability by the sides of the seat, that flip up out of the way to sit down, was good thinking and convenient. Also having stationary handles on either side of the display monitor for balance, getting in and out, and to assist with sitting down and getting up was also helpful for my mother. I was purposely looking for a bike that had a very low bar connecting the seat area to the flywheel to minimize the trip hazard for my mother that did not require her to lift her leg super high to get in and sit down. Allow 60-90 minutes to put it together. The instructions were impeccable. Really impressive and it would be very difficult to mess up assembling it. All the tools to construct it were supplied in the box along with the necessary screws, nuts and bolts. The manufacturer even included a few extra screws just in case. The settings go from a very low resistance level, level 1, which is appropriate for my mother to very high resistance. The transition from between resistance levels is smooth and incremental and the bike is silent. My only criticism is the display monitor. It needs to provide detail of what is being shown on the display (e.g., rpm, heart rate, minutes, etc.) and maybe an on/off power button. AAA batteries, supplied by the manufacturer in the box, power the display.

Your 1st workout is the set up
If you’re young, fit and/or a mechanic/handyman, skip this review. If you are none of the above, give this a read. * The box is heavy, over 100 lbs. I got it into my basement with the grace of God and a strong assist from gravity. * The packing should win an industry award. Smart, tight, well labeled. But you aren’t getting it out without slicing open the box. Keep that utility knife handy, btw. And use the big bag the mainframe is wrapped in to gather the chunks of styrofoam. Many large chunks. Many. * Excellent packaging of tools and fasteners. Best I’ve ever encountered, although you will need something sharp to open the compartments (see note above). * really good assembly videos from company and individuals on YouTube. Very helpful. * Assembly goes great until you hit the dreaded seat assembly. See other reviews. Three tips from my experience: as the video shows, first put on the small screw to hold the assembly in place, or you’ll never get the carriage bolts to align; accept that something is screwed up with the design or production because those bolts really don’t want to pass through; if you have a bad back like me, it’s a whole lot easier and worth the effort to get that thing up on a table (you’ll need help to lift it) because lying on the floor, twisting to work upside down won’t succeed, other than to make you use bad words. * put the lever on while you’ve got it on the table, and save your by-now sore back additional grief * the rest goes smoothly, except for the two-piece plastic housing that covers where the front post connects to the frame. This should have been easy-peasy, it just snaps together and is held tight by screws. Nope. You have to drive the screws into the sockets and the Allen wrench/screwdriver that comes with the bike just doesn’t allow for a good grip or torque. I used my own Phillips head screwdriver and it worked. So almost three hours later, the unit was assembled. By then my back said “We’re done for the day. Test it tomorrow.” I did give it about a five-minute ride just to see if I hadn’t wasted so much time and money. Seems to be OK. We’ll see.

Good value.
I'm very pleased. Assembly not difficult. All tools included. Easy instructions. Overall it's worth the money. For a senior it is heavy and help needed to move box to another floor. Also display does not have a back light so a nearby light is needed, That's the only negative. I would recommend it for seniors.

Tablero arcaico
