I almost never write reviews EVER. I tell myself I will but usually don't, but today I feel compelled to tell you about my experience with this product.I recently turned 36 and I live in Northern Colorado at approx. 5000 ft above sea level. That being said, I am always trying to keep up with my hydration. My work in IT is generally stressful and staying hydrated is an absolute must. I have been struggling with this recently and thought I would take a chance on this device. Hearing a lot of excited chatter these days about Hydrogen infused water, and this is one of the few I've seen with the Vortex Structuring option.I was brought up in a household that valued quality good tasting water and the means to make our own with in-house filters. This goes back as early as 1994. So I know good water when I drink it (He tried to say humbly) haha.. After using this consistently for only a week, I can truly say I have felt a difference in my day-to-day. Energy levels are up, articulation and creativity seem to be coming to me easier without feeling the ever looming crash from too much caffeine and dehydration... The water also just.. tastes good. Makes my tap water taste like a bottle of "Essentia".. Mind you I do the full vortex followed by the highest lvl of Hydrogen on average. The parts all seem like high quality material, and I love how confident they are with their Life Time Warranty. You almost never see warranty's like this anymore..Trust me, this is legit. If you're struggling with Hydration, take a chance and do yourself a favor.

I read a lot of research on hydrogen-rich water before purchasing. I was still skeptical that it would help. I've had it for 2 weeks now and have drunk a full pitcher every day and I'm visibly slimmer. I've not changed my diet or anything else so it has to be this water. I think it's to do with reduced inflammation more than anything. I'm thrilled and will keep using it daily. Easy to use and clean. The instructions are poorly translated but there's a QR code for a video with instructions that is well done and easy to understand.

I have been using this hydrogen water generator for 9 months. There are 2 of us here that use it daily. We really appreciate the water it produces. I do not know how to tell if it is hydrogenated, but I know that it is better filtered than our tap water. I feel much safer drinking water, and we no longer drink water from the tap. I do feel energized after drinking it, so maybe that is the hydrogen showing itself! It is extremely easy to use and clean. I make 6 to 10 pitchers of water a day. I am diligent in cleaning it and changing the filter as suggested. I have never smelled anything strange in the water and have never experienced any bad taste. We both find it to be tasteless and odorless. It is compact so it does not take up much space, and it is fun to watch it spin and bubble! The company sent our free filters immediately after we registered the machine. They sent us message to thank us for the purchase and to make sure we were satisfied. Could not ask for better service! We are extremely happy with this hydrogen water generator and recommend it to anyone thinking of purchasing one.UPDATE:Back to say it’s been 2 years now since we purchased this and we still love it! Still use it exclusively for our drinking water. Also, I use it when fermenting and have never had a problem. We are so happy that we bought this! As an added bonus, we are very happy to see that the replacement filters have not increased in price in the 2 years we have owned it. If you purchase one, I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do ours.

Fantastic product, incredible customer service. I've had this for a few years now and the water tastes great -- better than bottled water. And it's hard Florida water going thru that filter and this makes the water taste great. I recently reached out to customer service because we dropped our pitcher and it cracked- completely our fault. I asked if they sold the pitcher separately, so we wouldn't have to buy an entire new unit. Support got back to me and sent me a new pitcher free! I've had the product a few years, so we were shocked we weren't charged. Wonderful company, wonderful service, wonderful product.

I am pleased with this product. I even bought a tester to make sure I am not being scammed. Only problem is I was noticing a slight fishy smell in my cup. I changed cups and it was still there. Turns out the smell is coming from the pitcher itself. Most likely the filter. I’ll have to do some research to figure out a way to fix this.

i have used this machine for around 3 years now, uff what a difference in the taste and smell of the water, it feels like just coming out from a spring, with friends visiting me they always ask me where I get the water, they drink it pure no need to add other flavors, never seen so many people drinking just pure water when they come to visit me. Great product.

Hydrogenators do not work with mineral rich water, that is you can not put hydrogen into water that has no where to receive and attach extra hydrogen. Your tap water and filtered fridge water do not have room for any hydrogen. However, distilled and RO water do have a charge and are able to attached hydrogen.I purchased a hydrogen reagent kit and tested controls against RO, Distilled, fridge filtered, tap, and alkaline water using this purify device. The maximum hydrogen that was able to be added to both RO and distilled water was 500ppb using the maximum cycle on this junk. All other water types yielded below 100ppb/ were so low they couldn’t be tested accurately. The device was cleaned using the auto clean cycle before each test. Before all the tests, I placed the prescribed vinegar in the device and let it sit to clean it thoroughly. However, I have only made about 20 containers of water using this device since buying about 3 weeks ago.Given the device advertises 1300 ppm on the max cycle, and I was only able to put 500 in the RO water, I consider this as getting scammed or lied to.I’m returning this.
