The same card is $750 at Frys and Micro Center. There is no shortage of these cards right now so just buy it from anyone of your local electronics shops instead of from price gouging sellers. There are literally stacks of 1080ti cards on the shelves so you'll have several to choose from.

The branding and maybe the components used on the overall construction of the card. By design all founder's cards contain the same PCB layout and may be considered to be the same, but they may add some stuff into it for identification purposes or to gather extra sensor info, example: My evga gtx 1080ti founders unlock specific things on the Precision X software that the MSI does not, but performance is the same.
