Ive been grinding my teeth so hard lately, my fillings are coming out. I had to find a quick fix, tried a disposable flexible silicone guard similar to this, but it fell out during the night often & i still woke up with headaches. I found SleepRight Select-Comfort Night Guard, it had good reviews, lasts much longer than the disposable ones & was under $20.00 I read all of the instructions and found that it was also adjustable to fit the size of your mouth & came with a storage case. With the photos provided, i was able get the perfect fit quite easily. I put it in 30 minutes before going to sleep as instructed & woke up the next morning with no headache and it was in tact. Ive had custom made ones in the past, they are very uncomfortable & expensive. This is a great value, even the disposable ones i used were more expensive & had to have back up ones in case i lost one while sleeping. With this one, i wont have to worry about having back ups. This is extremely comfortable to wear. The silicone connector feels non-existent and the bite wings, will even tilt over time to match the way you hold your jaw during your sleep and it only took my 1 night to get used to this style of night guard. If you are in the market for a mouth guard, i highly recommend this one, it is economical, comfy and long lasting.

I had a device fitted by my dentist , but stopped using it because I didn’t like consuming plastic pieces. I was good for about a year, but started grinding and getting daily headaches again, so I got this device as a stand in while I wait for a hemp device. On the smallest setting, it still pooches out my lower lip when worn as described, so I am unable to keep my mouth closed while wearing it. So it wouldn’t be great if I snored or side slept (drooling). It got a little more fitted as I slept, but I have an attached lower gum frenulum, so the connector piece was starting to dig into it and cause gum discomfort. I flipped it around and find it is more comfortable to wear the other direction with the connector piece resting on the outside of my top lip, since I can’t keep my mouth closed anyway (see photos). My mouth does feel better and no headache today, so it did its job. The plastic is more rigid so I think there would be less plastic consumption, but it does still have a plasticky taste that isn’t the best.

This mouth guard is outstanding. I like it way more than the $500 one that was made by the dentist specifically to fit my mouth. It protects my teeth and stays in my !mouth all night. Adjustable to fit as needed.

Works okay, but it's uncomfortable and moves around in my mouth at night. I'm going to throw this away and try one that goes over my teeth.

I am a heavy night grinder/clencher. I recently had some dental work done (due to cracks in my teeth that formed when I went two months without a custom fitted night guard). Now I am waiting for my new custom fitted night guard, but obviously I need something in the mean time. I had used another brand that is similar to this and adjustable, but not very comfortable. So I tried this. Well, it is more comfortable but it definitely is not big enough to protect my teeth as it should. I have a large frame and therefore a large jaw. When I adjust this guard to the biggest size, it still barely reaches to my back molars, and the curve on the guard is so spread out to the side that the rubber bite pads are not sitting on the correct angle/plane on my teeth and slide off to the side. These would be perfect if they were actually adjustable more than the very small amount they are. Unfortunately, I will have to go back to using the other less comfortable brand because they at least fit my jaw.

Dentist recommended a night guard and suggested this type. It was more comfortable than expected. The front piece is angled down so it fits below the front teeth to hold it into place and not bother gums. It can shift depending on how you grind teeth or toss and turn, but no major issues. I stop noticing it once I lie down in bed. Rinses easily and no sign of wear and tear after a week of use. It comes with a storage case.

I've needed a mouth guard for years as I grind and snap my teeth and occasionally bite my tongue in my sleep (hey! Cptsd, what a joy). But with my allergies (another joy!) every mouth guard I've tried has felt too large and like they obstruct my ability to be a mouth breather sleeper (leave your judgements at the door). This little minimalist style mouth guard has been a game changer for me. I've gotten some of the best sleep I've had in YEARS and I haven't bitten my tongue once in the last month or so that I've been using it. 10/10 for me, will be back for more (sellers, don't be scared to put them sale👀 need a brand rep? I love it that much)

While sleeping device falls out of place for side sleepers. Not a good feeling waking up suddenly because the device is dislodged. Even after adjusting it still falls out of place within the mouth.
