I am on a GLP-1 and I have to get protein in my diet. I use one of these very morning in my coffee and it is awesome!! I do drink them on their own sometimes, but it has to be refrigerated in my opinion. I like these bottles more than the cartons they sell. There is no added sugar and that means a lot to me, and heck yeah I love there is added vitamins and minerals considering my food intake has decreased so much. It gives me comfort that I am getting at least some of my vitamins and minerals. It's kind of pricey, but worth every penny to me. The taste is really great in my coffee and it's better for me than any creamer I was buying previously. Don't hesitate to give it a try!
