The 27 inches in width make this a nice, large display clock. The clock only works plugged in and is not battery operated. It has a backup battery to keep the clock functioning though in case it needs to be moved to a different location. I specifically bough this clock for the countdown feature though. I use it in my classroom to time certain activities. Students can clearly see the clock from any angle. It actually brings a cool feel to the classroom. It was easy to mount and came with all the pieces/tools to mount it.

I bought this digital wall clock for our church. The bright red LED numbers are easy to read from across the room, which is great during services and events. Overall it does exactly what we needed it to do.

Like the size for a large room

Update: Have to change to 1 star. This clock does not keep accurate time. I keep changing to the correct time every morning and by the night, it’s the wrong time. For the price, you would think it would atleast stick with the correct time!!! This is a really nice clock, that is pretty easy to set up, and super easy to read due to the large display. I bought this for my garage, as I wanted a clock in there when I got busy with a big crafting project. I have a tendency to lose track of time when I'm in the middle of a project. This clock means I don't have to take my phone, and potentially drop or anything else, just so I can see the time. I like that! A clock that keeps me from having to use my phone is awesome. In addition, there I can set an alarm or countdown timer to manage my time. Lastly, if you were ever in the military, you would remember and appreciate this clock, brings back lots of memories. Overall, I'm really happy with this clock. It wasn't expensive, and it fits my needs really well.

I got this to replace an insanely expensive pace clock we had for our pool that blew over during a gust of wind and th e timing mechanism became irreparable. This is very nice and sleek looking, but if the light is shining directly on it, it's hard to see. I tried to adjust the brightness, but nothing happaned when using the remote control, so I decided to check the battery. Battery compartment is poorly designed and I had to watch a couple of YouTube videos to see how to open it. Even then, it requires 2 hands to open. Now it's stuck between open and closed and I'm worried that I'll break it if I try to force it. This will be a pain to return just for a bad remote control, but that's where I am. Similar to a TV - you can have a great TV but a bad remote affects the overall usefulness (I'm looking at you, Sony Bravia). Anyway, 4 stars for the clock and 2 stars for the remote (generous), equals 3 stars overall.

The large, 5.9-inch numbers are easy to read from anywhere in the room, and the automatic dimming feature is great. The clock's design is sleek and modern, with an ultra-thin border that looks fantastic on my wall. The features are impressive, too - I love the ability to switch between time, date, and temperature, as well as set multiple alarms and use the countdown/stopwatch functions. The remote control makes it easy. Great for promotional videos - buy now before the timer runs out - type videos. I used it for content creation as well. I do wish the power cord wire was on the side instead of the bottom but that's a minor improvement they could make.

I bought this for my home gym and arcade. I wanted BIG. This one is big and looks awesome. The instructions are horrible...but that is okay. Easy to figure out. NOTE: This unit needs 2 batteries. a 2032 and a 2025 flat watch batteries. One for the battery back up in the clock and one for the remote. For this type of money you would think they would include these 50 cent batteries. I was trying to use the remote on initial set up...and there is NO BATTERY IN IT. LOL. No big deal. Great product.
