These are very surprisingly great ! I’ve always had loads of tummy problems for years but recently got far more worse I was recommended these for bloating and the accompanying feet ! And in. United of first dose the difference was amazing ! Use wisely and they certainly improve bloating the old gas releases and pain ! I recommended to another Freind who tried them and they too so impressed with how effective they are

Have found this really effective in cases of an upset stomach from any cause. Very gentle and definitely keep a bottle in the cupboard.

I completely trust Pure Health for high integrity I'm that the source and manufacturing process are high quality and true to advertised. Occasionally I eat late and drink alcohol which always causes digestive distruption either during the night or the next morning. I've found this charcoal to remove that discomfort and feel a sense of relaxation a few hours after taking it, as though my body isn't having to work hard any more on excessive detoxification.

I got these as part of a planned detox after a holiday and wanted a cleanse. Whilst I did also follow a regime using these seemed to help. Digestive system improved and I keep them handy for times such as Christmas or a run of birthdays in our family where you can overindulge. Fairly large capsules but easy to swallow with a drink - just don’t take them any time near taking other supplements so I tend to take them right before bed. So far so good and no complaints.

I’ve taken charcoal on and off for many years now. It’s a game changer if you’re eating any suspect foods or drinks. I feel so much cleaner and clearer when taking this stuff. It’s especially important if you’re doing any sort of detox, using a sauna etc to bind and remove the toxins built up inside you, without this it will just recirculate and be reabsorbed. This is a supplement drawer staple and no brainer.

I give my dog charcoal as a guard against bloat. He won't touch these.

Aktivkohle finde ich sehr hilfreich für die allgemeine Entgiftung des Körpers oder wenn man doch mal etwas Falsches zu essen erwischt hat (Lebensmittelvergiftung oder einfach nur Blähungen). Oft nehme ich abends vor dem Schlafengehen zwei Kapseln und habe am nächsten Tag wieder einen wunderbar flachen Bauch. An diesen Kapseln gefällt mir besonders, dass sie ohne Zusatzstoffe und Füllstoffe auskommen. Sie sind allerdings relativ groß, also wer Probleme beim Schlucken solcher Kapseln hat, greift besser zu einer anderen Marke. Ich bin jedenfalls sehr zufrieden mit der Wirkung. Der Preis ist aber etwas gehobener.

I tried this product after having tried activated charcoal from multiple companies but I have to say this one is the only one that didn't work. With this one I didn't have any relief in bloating, stomach discomfort or alcohol. I do not recommend this product itself.
