Will this work for a 1 1/4 inch ball?

Does this work with a 1 inch ball?

You get a wooden jig with several holes. One side is marked 1 inch to 1-3/4 and the other side is marked 1-1/2 to 1/3-4. Also has "golf" marked on one side as well. So I guess it would.
