The Galayou 2k has been an unexpectedly good outdoor security camera and has been fitted to supplement an existing - and much more expensive - camera (Netatmo Outdoor Presence). The Galayou is well made, feels pretty robust and is a doddle to install compared with the Netatmo. Instant connection with external wifi, via the well thought out App. As others have recommended, make the initial wifi connection within a few feet of the router or external aerial first and then locate the Galayou further away where required. The 2k picture quality is excellent and makes facial identity easy, and the alert system seems pretty good - early days. The Cloud storage options strike me as expensive - ranging from £60/yr for Basic up to £ 160/yr Pro, which offers longer storage and differentiation between people, cars , packages etc which might be quite useful. However, the Galayou is perfectly capable of storing info on the optional microSD card, which can be set via the App to overwrite the oldest info first when the SD is full. Max capacity using the max size 128Gb is reported to be around 2 weeks if set at SD resolution and continuous recording. As with all things, it comes down to personal preference -- and location of cameras -- how effective your system is. So -- Galayou 2k is highly recommended -- really good value at ~ £30 , very easy to setup where others can be a real faff, and just works. Customer service too, if needed for advice etc, is very quick to respond with well thought out replies, but most can be resolved by ploughing through the reviews and Q&As first. Overall an excellent buy !

I have had security cameras before some good some not. These are excellent especially the pan n tilt you can spin it and get a 360 view of all around rather than just fixed in one spot. You can have it that if detects motion it will turn and revord and then once finished it will go back to the original postion but you have to save original postion first. I have read ppl moan that it only records 10 second clips which is true as it just an alert but I have found if when you go onto page that shows you the cameras you have there is a triangle ( play button) if you view the recording that way it gives around 30-40 seconds. Don't subscribe to cloud you do not need to I have sd card in both my cameras. Yes the alert is only 10 seconds long but by viewing the alert the way I mentioned earlier you get much longer recording. I paid £20 per camera and £10 for 2 sd cards so for £50 I have my home protected by cameras 24/7. The app itself is very good and easy to use. Very easy to set up took 2mins to connect both cameras to WiFi and up and running. The picture quality is excellent crystal clear. You can choose to have the light come on when triggered at night so then the recording is in colour and they are bright so makes it easy to view! Easy to share to family members so they can also see cameras which pleased the wife as we have a fox that comes every night as it gets fed ( by the wife). I would definitely recommend this camera and the price just made it even better.

It's a decent camera, the fact that you can turn it around and look where you want to look just by pressing some buttons on your phone is awesome. You can record 24/7 and view videos if you have inserted a memory card. Easy to set up, picture quality is quite good (when viewing directly from camera, not so from recorded videos when replay), and has a lot of additional options like sending a voice message through camera or switching on the LED light. I am giving it 4-stars because I ran into some problems, however the support was quite good and pro-active. One thing that bothers me is that when you replay recorded videos from your memory card as mentioned before the quality of picture is not that good, everyhing that moves (cars, people etc) is very blurry, which is not good in case of incident. Also there is a optional subscription available if you want your videos backed up in the cloud. All in all good camera for the price.

I have already got a TP link Tapo camera which I rate highly for hardware and software, so this camera had a big hill to climb to outperform my Tapo. The price attracted me and I had to try one at £26.99 which is a lot cheaper than my current Tapo and with more features. My Galayou 2K Wireless Outdoor Security Camera Model Y4 arrived next day and I set it up on my workbench next to my router. The software I installed on my android phone had a guide to get me up and running in no time at all. I was panning and tilting all round the room, I set up my preferred options in the software easily and let it run for a few hours. Feeling that all was well I fitted it outside with a good view of the garden. I had to drill a 20mm hole to get the USB plug through, with a little thought they could make a change there so a much smaller hole could be used. I started with the motion detection full on and that was a mistake, I gradually tested lowering the sensitivity and I am now at low, even middle low was too high causing lots of alerts for stuff like moths and raindrops at night. I also selected full colour night vision but soon realised that like the Tapo greyscale at night gives a greater clarity than colour. The camera is as good a picture and video as the more expensive Tapo, plus it has pan & tilt. No more getting the ladder out to move the view of the camera. You can set presets too for the camera view which is nice. The camera needs a good wifi signal and I found moving my wifi6 repeater closer to the camera got rid of most of the lag when using pan and tilt and the App just felt nicer in general. Although the app works I do feel I am comparing with the Tapo one and favouring that one so maybe some work needs to be done with feedback from customers to refine it some. As this is wifi and 5V USB I did think of getting another, yes they are that good value, and set it up on a small tripod with a 5v USB battery power pack and use it as a wildlife camera around the garden. Would be interesting seeing what animals visit overnight and a lot cheaper than a good wildlife camera. So as you can tell by now I am mostly very happy with this camera, its several weeks now since it arrived and as I said already I bench tested it for a while before mounting it outside, but some hours after mounting it the camera became unresponsive and the only way to fix it seemed to be taking it down and pressing the reset button on the camera and going through the motions of setting it up again. I was concerned this was going to be a problem going forward but its been rock solid since then and if I had to blame anyone I guess it could have been my then weak wifi signal crashed the camera somehow. I did contact customer service who were very attentive but as I had fixed the glitch, there was nothing for them to do. They did contact me several times after just to make sure I was 100% happy. Not bad support for a low cost camera! Edit: my camera refused to track left or right after 3 months use and I also had some water in the lens area after some very heavy rain storms. I contacted Wansview support and after running some tests they suggested they would like to replace my camera which I was happy to agree to. It arrived very quickly which again I was very pleased about. Great customer service Wansview!

Ho avuto la fortuna di testare la videocamera di sorveglianza e devo dire che sono rimasto molto impressionato dalla sua qualità e funzionalità. In primo luogo, la qualità dell'immagine è sopra le mie aspettative, sia di giorno che di notte. La risoluzione è nitida e chiara, con colori vivaci e contrasti ben definiti, il che mi ha permesso di avere una visione completa e dettagliata di ciò che stava accadendo. Ma quello che mi ha sorpreso di più è la sua capacità di catturare immagini di alta qualità anche di notte. La funzione di visione notturna ha superato le mie aspettative, consentendomi di vedere ogni dettaglio anche quando l'illuminazione era scarsa. Questa è stata una piacevole sorpresa, soprattutto considerando il prezzo che ho pagato per la videocamera. Inoltre, l'imballaggio del prodotto era eccellente, con tutti gli accessori inclusi e una confezione resistente che ha mantenuto la videocamera al sicuro durante la spedizione. La consegna è stata anche molto veloce, il che mi ha permesso di installare e testare il prodotto senza dover aspettare troppo a lungo. Complessivamente, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della videocamera di sorveglianz. La sua qualità, la visione notturna e la semplicità di installazione sono davvero impressionanti, soprattutto considerando il prezzo molto ragionevole.

Suministran con todo lo necesario para ponerla en marcha buena calidad de imagen tanto a color como infrarroja la APP es gratuita y no tiene anuncios permite la visualización de 4 cámara a la vez en tiempo real El cable de alimentación es de 2,5 mts si tienes que pasar el cable por un muro hay que hacer un taladro de manera que pase un conector usb (si quieres poner el alimentador en el interior ) La cámara de puede fijar tanto a techo como a pared Dentro de la app puedes fijar ángulos de visión predeterminaros y la cámara se posicionará en ese ángulo de manera automática al seleccionarlo esto es muy útil Conexión wifi 2,5 hs Lo he probado dando wifi con mi teléfono móvil y ahun así funciona perfectamente (para los que tengan que utilizar un módem gprs) Sin duda volvería a utilizar esta marca

Ich kann die Kamera empfehlen! Den Preis finde ich für eine Kamera mit den ganzen Funktionen wirklich klasse. Die Installation war recht einfach und hat problemlos funktioniert. Es wird alles grundsätzliche für die Montage mitgeliefert. Über die App Wansview Cloud konnte ich die Kamera bequem konfigurieren und auf meine Bedürfnisse anpassen. Es ist möglich verschiedene Zeitpläne anzulegen zu welchen die Kamera aktiv sein soll. Außerdem kann die Empfindlichkeit und vieles mehr eingestellt werden. Bei einem Alarm wird ein kurzes Video erstellt. Bei der Einrichtung sollte man beachten, dass WLAN mit 5GHz nicht funktioniert. Zum Glück habe ich noch ein WLAN über 2,4GHz. Es gibt aber soweit ich weiß auch eine Behelfslösung für 5GHz Netzwerke. Sehr gut finde ich, dass man für diesen Preis auch eine Kamera erhält, welche beweglich ist. Man kann also den Überwachungsbereich sehr einfach auch von unterwegs anpassen. Es gibt auch eine Gegensprecheinrichtung und weitere Funktionen. Das ist auf jeden Fall super zu haben, ich brauche es aber für meine Zwecke nicht. Die Qualität des der Kamera und insbesondere des Nachtsichtmodus ist wirklich sehr gut. Selbst bei Dunkelheit ist alles sehr gut zu erkennen. Außerdem kann ich den Verkäufer empfehlen. Diesen habe ich bei einem anderen gekauften Artikel kontaktiert und er hat mir sehr freundlich weitergeholfen.

Pour la configuration : il faudra installé le logiciel sur sont téléphone et ajouté la caméra avec le QR code.lA camera est tout de suite opérationnel Camera prévu pour l'extérieur, Le système de montage est super simple avec en plus un petit autocollant afin de faire les troues au bon endroit. On fixe d'abord le socle, puis on vient clipser la caméra dessus et c’est fini. Point positif : Le PTZ fonctionne de façon fluide, elle a une alarme qui sonne bien un design sympa l'éclairage LED éclaire bien, le mouvement est fluide, la vision en infra-rouge est très correcte et on peut en cas de besoin activer les lumières, possibilité de programmer des heures de surveillance. Les notifications arrivent rapidement . Possibilité aussi d’installé une carte SD afin d’avoir des enregistrements plus long que les 10secondes de base ou alors vous pouvez prendre l’abonnement a l’enregistrement sur le cloud. Vous pouvez tourner sur 360 degrés et 90 degrés haut-bas et on peut a partir de du menu de l’application mémoriser des positions favorites ( 4 maximums ) le point négatif : c'est qu'il y a pas la reconnaissance à la personne et elle se déclenche trop souvent lorsqu'il y a des feuilles qui bougent, un oiseau, insecte ou de la pluie même avec un réglage au plus bas au niveau de la détection et du coup j'ai des alertes sur mon téléphone constamment . La skill Wansview étant peut être activée avec l'application Alexa, et donne accès aux caméras sur l'écran de la télévision ou autre sans souci. Notice en français. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Une bonne camera exterieur pour moins de 40€.
