Quality stand for a good price.
Just as good as an innovative stand for les than a quarter of the price. Threads are all cut well and fitment of bolt holes are good.

A Nice Bumper Stand For The Money
It does not come with directions, just an exploded parts drawing that looks like it was printed on a dot matrix printer. I think I just dated myself there lol. It shipped in a sturdy box and all the parts were there. Start by assembling the base, noting which end of the base bars the locking casters go on. There's only two different size bolts - the bigger bolts go to the base. From there just follow the drawing. There's a bag of rubber covers used to cover all the parts that will be affected by paint buildup. They did a nice job with these. There are two curved metal brackets, made from plate steel. They have a very slight curve in them, likely from the manufacturing process. The curve works to benefit on one side, but not the other - I was concerned the spring-loaded tilt-adjust pin might pop loose, so I straightened it on the bench. A double layer of masking tape to protect edges, a few whacks with a heavy hammer, and it's perfect. This should be a good, serviceable addition to the shop for years to come.

Best bumper stand you can get for the price! I use mine at least once a week weather I'm doing plastic or steel bumpers. works for them all. With steel bumpers you will have to anchor it down but still holds it.

Could have better instructions
The stand is a little hard to put together with the directions that came with it. I had to look at the photo and try to figure out myself pretty much. Also the quality of the arms aren't really good, somewhat flimsy
