Bottom - 23 1/2 (w) x 14 1/2 (L) Top - 25 (W) x 14 (ish)

I use a Corsair 7000D Airflow tower, will this fit?

Same tower I use. Fits just fine and if you want you can put it on top. It can handle the weight.
