Great additive, would recommend!
If you’re wanting the quick review: Great Additive, Does work, Makes a difference, It’s only 7 dollars, Perhaps it’ll even make you go vroom vroom faster. If you’re wanting the long review: I would take a star off due to the incorrect delivery date being given, but it was through Amazon so it doesn’t really matter as it’s a big company, but overall, the additive is great. I waited until I was approximately 1-2 gallons in my tank, close to E. I put it into my tank with another additive and I feel as if I cannot mention it as it will seem like advertisement. So I put the whole bottle in before I filled my tank up to about a quarter with 93 from shell since they add detergents to their fuels(Exxon does the same) to try and clean up the fuel system better (In my theory. I’m not an expert nor advising you what to do, I’m just explaining how I used it!) from word, it’s better when you are taking a decent trip 20-30 mins/ miles on a highway with less frequent stopping. Immediately after adding the K&N and letting it kick in I could notice a difference. My ride was smooth and had more responsiveness to it as advertised on the bottle. It was a fun drive to say the least as I have a stock challenger(sxt, (R/T and SRT’s don’t hate on me it’s paid off, I’m young, cheap on the insurance as it’s in my name )). In conclusion, if you’re noticing sluggishness and decreased performance on your car, no matter the make, model, it is a great start to spend 3-10 dollars instead of going to the dealership and forking over much more than you’d like and even then, if it didn’t fix the problem, you’ll have a cleaner system after they fix the issue so at least it isn’t a total loss.

Works great in my Toyotas!
I use this every 1000 miles n my car and like the smooth idling and acceleration. Its effectiveness was most notable on a 2000-mile round trip where I was limited in my fuel choices (E85,86 octane, no 'top tier' availability). Throttle response was poor after a fill-up of junk gas. I added a bottle after every other low octane fill and throttle response improved within a dew miles.

Would or will buy again!
I have a 2015 Honda Odyssey with 223000 miles. Been keeping her alive. She seems to have had sluggish acceleration issues as of late. I’ve never had the fuel injection cleaned. I’m a big lover of K&N products as I have engine and cabin air filters that work great. I saw this product being used on a YouTube video and thought I would give it a try. I went ahead and changed my oil as it was due anyways. Put first bottle of cleaner with full tank of gas. About 2 tanks of gas later my vehicle suggested I change to oil. I waited about 2500 miles later and not feeling any difference until I changed the oil. I also used a second bottle of cleaner after the oil change and I can tell a big difference in acceleration. It is so much better. We have a second car with about 135000 miles but acceleration is fine so we will see. I would definitely recommend this product.

Fuel cleaner bottle is not capless friendly...
The product is great and does get the job done but it suggests for an owner who has a capless fuel will need a funnel to fill up. I tried it myself getting a bottle stuck inside the capless fuel filler and doing a play to get it out.

Effective Fuel System Cleaner, but Performance Doesn't Last Long
The K&N Performance+ Fuel System Cleaner does a decent job of enhancing vehicle performance initially. After using it, I noticed an improvement in acceleration and engine responsiveness, but unfortunately, the effects didn't last long. The 16-ounce bottle provides enough product for several applications, and it's straightforward to use—just add it to your fuel tank. While it works well at first, the short-lived results might be a drawback for some. Overall, it’s an effective product worth considering if you're looking for a temporary boost in performance.

Works as well as Techron
The K&N Performance+ Fuel System Cleaner promises to restore performance and acceleration by removing carbon buildup in your fuel system. Improved performance and acceleration: Many users report experiencing smoother operation, increased responsiveness, and even slightly improved fuel economy after using this product. Easy to use: Simply add the cleaner to your gas tank before filling up. Affordable: Compared to professional fuel system cleaning services, this product is a budget-friendly option. Wide compatibility: Works with most gasoline-powered vehicles, including direct and traditional fuel systems

Effective Cleaner with Temporary Engine Shudder
I recently used the K&N Performance+ Fuel System Cleaner (99-2050) in my 2012 Holden VE Calais V8, which has a 6.0L V8 engine, using high-quality BP 98-octane fuel. I followed the instructions, adding the cleaner to a nearly empty tank before filling it up and driving on the highway. While driving, I noticed a brief period of engine shuddering, and the check engine light came on temporarily. After a short while, the issue resolved itself, the light turned off, and the engine returned to normal. I scanned the vehicle with a high-quality OBD-II scanner, and no error codes were found. I believe this might have been a temporary effect of the cleaner dislodging carbon deposits in the fuel system, as described in the product details. The vehicle now runs smoothly, and I appreciate the cleaner’s ability to restore performance, as advertised. However, the temporary shuddering and check engine light were concerning, and I’d suggest adding a note to the product instructions to warn users about potential temporary effects during the cleaning process. This could help others avoid worry. Overall, it’s a solid product, and I plan to use it again, but clearer guidance on such effects would improve the experience. Thank you for a quality product, and I hope this feedback helps improve customer communication!
