Sick, twisted awesomeness!!
Severely overlooked and highly underrated, "Silent Screamers" deserve a place in anyone's horror toy collection right alongside any of the best figures from McFarlane Toys or NECA. The four figures that made up Series 1 were shipped out in both glorious color and ghoulish back and white. All four figures were superbly sculpted and styled to pay homage to the classic horror films on which they were based. Truly remarkable and way ahead of its time. Dr. Caligari was the stand-out favorite to me. With a sour facial expression and evil eyed stare, the figure always reminded me of a more disturbing version of The Penguin from Tim Burton's "Batman Returns". Reaquiring this figure made me curious about the film, so I picked up a copy and I now have a better understanding of one of the figures "hidden features". The figure's stage accessory works well for the companion figure, Caesare The Sleepwalker, or for any other figure you may want to show off. A very well designed, well made horror collectible no horror film fan should be without.
