Hi! I am size 14/16 and the L is okay for me. I don't like anything right around my waist so I tend to go a size up normally.

What size would you suggest for a pregnant person?

I absolutely love mine they are true to size but the material is very giving (I am a bigger size on top so struggle to get sets to fit )So depending how far along/or how big you are carrying maybe go up one size .
