Got this as a gift for my 14 year old niece. Such a cool tool!! Easy to use, and can see the design and wording beautifully!

Update: I reached out to customer service and they were more than happy to find a solution to my problem. They ended up sending me a different style that was easily readable and still beautiful. Excellent company with top notch service skills who truly want to make things right when their customers are unhappy. I have wanted an embosser for forever and was so excited to get this product. The font on top is large and beautiful but it is more than a little frustrating that the name is so tiny that it practically looks like scribbles and is unreadable. The seller should really send the buyer a proof of what the name will look like or have different font options for longer names. If I had known putting my middle initial in there would reduce the size of the font to the point of needing a magnifying glass, I would have never added it. Sad to say, I won’t be using this embosser and the seller does not provide refunds.

Initially, when I purchased the item, I was sent a custom embosser that did not print well on the paper. I planned to return the item and recieve a refund, but because I did not have the appropriate packaging materials, the seller was unable to provide a refund and instead sent a new item. I was initially frustrated by this decision; however, upon receipt of the new embosser, I was very pleased. The stamp quality is phenomenal. However, if you recieve the purchase and it does not make a visible print, I would immediately contact the seller for an exchange so they can offer a better quality item. I am very happy with the stamp quality of the embosser, and it's fun to use for books!

It is perfect. We ordered two one for myself and one for Gigi and they came out quite lovely and they were very well. The customization process was super easy and they work super easy to use the money.

this should be 0/5 stars for this item. i was not aware that it would cut through the paper and barely leave an imprint you can’t see. not only that but i can’t even return it, spending $30 on this item was not worth it.

I am hoping for a refund. If I get one I will edit to add more stars for service. However if other review are an indicator it do not have much hope. I understand they will lose money as it's a customized product, but sell a better product then. The font and design are to small and detailed to be clear when you use this. I do not advise you buy this stamp. Edit. They are working to make it right. Changing from 1 to 4 stars for service.

This was perfect for my daughter library in her classroom. Easy to use! Exceptional quality, perfect size, beautiful design and great value for the money.
