Great pump
Great adjustments. Did not come off while working out. Great pump on arm and back days

Finishers
This is a nice set at a good price. I break my workout into heavy sets followed by finishers of low weights/high reps to failure (to fatigue the muscle). Adding these occlusion bands to my bicep and tricep finisher sets has been a solid addition with noticable results.

These work!
The velcro straps hold and are easy on and off. I have another set of yellow and black straps with velcro in a set of arms/leg bands. Those are fantastic. I needed another set for travel. I tried the ones with no velcro and they were too stretchy and wouldn't stay tight. Returned those. These were exactly what I was looking for. I had to buy arm and leg bands separately so it was more expensive. I wish they sold more of these in a set. That is the only reason I took off 1 star. EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!

The bands are easy to use, but they do pinch a little bit.

My second pair, lost the other pair at the gym, just order a new one . Best brand for me so far, perfect elasticity, good size, strong and durable.Will not hesitate to buy again if I loose them one more time.
