I recommend this book to any beardie owner especially newbie owners. Please do your research and make sure it is trusted resources before bringing a beardie home. Don't always go on everything a pet store would tell you because I have discovered alot of the time that they don't know or they give you the wrong info yes the beardie may live a while but that doesn't mean they are healthy under certain conditions. Example the pet store where I live told me I could use a 5.0 uvb which the vet told me before that they need a 10.0 uvb bulb. So 10.0 is what I got. Sorry got off point. Great book! Wonderful book. Great information. There is so much bad information out on the internet this book is a lifesaver. I have read over half the book since yesterday. I knew some of the info already but there is alot in the book that I didn't know. It helped me to know the couple things I needed to change for my juvenile beardie. I recommend this book to any beardie owner especially newbie owners. Please do your research and make sure it is trusted resources before bringing a beardie home. Very helpful
We got this book before getting our bearded dragon and I required both kids to fully read it before he came home. I read it myself as well and it was very informative. I’m so glad I read it before he came home because at no point had I ever even heard about bromation which happens after they turn one. I’d have definitely panicked. The quality of the book is excellent and the pictures are great quality. It has feeding guides and most all of the info. you need before getting a dragon.

Very useful book
Great book! Given to my daughter and grandson to learn how to care for the new 'baby'. The book is very informative. As per others comments, would definitely read it before purchasing a bearded dragon for the first time. This book has helped tremendously, they have changed ad tweaked things accordingly....all is going well.

a gorgeous book for bearded dragon keepers
This was recommended by a person who keeps beardies , the book is stunning with glossy photos of these cute little dragons , full of practical advice and up date info on diseases , I like also it tells you things in -a not too panic tone- in the illness section , most forums will get you into a panic even if a dragon does not eat for day , of course if especially worried please do seek help ! but yes do buy its a great book
