Better than the original remote
We have several different Hisense air conditoners and this works with all of them without any programming or anythiung. I like that this is like the size of a fire tv remote so it's not as easily misplaced. The original one that comes with the ac units are tiny and they use watch batteries which are expensive. I use rechargable aaa in this and it works great.

Remarkable replacement remote!
What is needed to know is thedescription & picture of the remote you originally have is shown,but the remote you will receive has all the functions and capabilities of the remote you are replacing.!I am extremely pleased and amazed that my replacement works! Amazing!My AC unit is an Emerson EQK. Look for the model number yo match your unit.And this is my 2nd additional purchase! Excellent replacement remote!

Better Than the Original
A couple of reviewers left poor reviews that this wasn't the original remote but was a 'cheap generic substitute,' or some such thing. This is really silly. For one, if they read a detailed description it clearly explains that the replacement remote is not exactly the same and shows pictures of what the new one will look like. But more importantly, this product is much higher quality than the original Hi-Sense one that came with my AC. It used AAA batteries instead of the silly coin style ones and it is solid with quality easy to use buttons. The original I had never worked right, and even if it had, the little tiny form factor and style of the buttons were just annoying. You will like this one.

It’s not the same remote as it is in the picture
The picture of the remote control for my air conditioner is exactly what I lost. I ordered it and the one they sent me is a complete piece of crap doesn’t even look anything like the other remote control. It will turn it on, but it won’t turn it off don’t waste your money
