This has been great for pool days. It fits well and gives enough support without feeling bulky. My toddler seems comfortable moving around in it, which I care about more than anything.The material feels durable and the design keeps them balanced in the water. We love this puddle-jumper (I've bought two now because I accidentally left the first one at the beach). Very secure, easy to put on, great fit (my son is four and about 48 lb), my son acts like he doesn't even know it's on/doesn't fight wearing it at all. Where were these when I was a kid -- pushing your arms into those inflatable ones hurt/pinched--not these. Super soft and smooth. Floats great -- My son isn't afraid of the water with this vest. He loves jumping off the side of the pool with this (always supervised/with us in the pool obviously). When jumping off the side he goes under just a bit but is right back up--just gets water in his eyes, I don't think he's ever even sputtered/gotten water in his mouth when wearing this + jumping). Color is is fave and he likes the shark/fish design on it. I love that it has an attached whistle. We have to reiterate that he can't play with the whistle/it's for if he ever feels like he needs help/can't swim/something is wrong--just an extra layer of protection for peace of mind. Super easy to pack fold up and put in the swim bag. Can't go wrong with this one!

Updated:I am updating my review, and adding one star. Because of excellent customer service from the company. They reached out to me and offered a different style that might better fit my daughter. Additionally, they guided me through confirming that the chest circumference was appropriate. Which maybe as important as the child’s weight. I think, having incurred chest to be a little larger on this model, would make it tighter, and stay in one spot better, as opposed to when she’s in the water it gets pushed up a little bit toward her chin.Original post:My younger daughter, is 30#, recommended weight is 20–50 pounds, so she is within the recommended weight, however, it does not seem to be as floaty as I would like, it doesn’t keep her very high up in the water, sometimes dipping her mouth or face into the water.Additionally, the strap does not tighten enough to prevent her from pulling her arms out of the arm holes. It works OK. She seems to be comfortable in it. But I wish it was a little more floaty and tighten more snuggly on her. I would recommend this if your kid is at least over the age of two.

I bought this is 2024 but my son did not use it until the summer of 2025, and only used it twice. Those first two uses I noticed that after it got wet, the arm floaters were coming down a bit as well as the middle part but didn’t think much of it. He hadn’t used it since but yesterday for Easter Sunday we went to the pool, we were only there for like 20 min because this time, it was completely sliding down to the bottom of his arms and chest. No matter how much I tightened the back as much as I could the weight of the water kept stretching and pulling it down..I’m not sure if this one is defective or the fact that it sat long before the first use had anything to do with it. But definitely not safe for use. My son is 3 1/2 and weights 38 lbs for reference.

I really wanted to love this floatie, but unfortunately the sizing didn’t work for my child. I followed the size chart when ordering, but it ended up being way too big. It would slide down even when he was just walking, so we couldn’t safely use it at all.I do think this might work better for slightly older or bigger kids. For younger toddlers, I’d probably recommend getting the version with the vest for extra support (it just wasn’t available when I made my purchase).That said, the quality itself is great. I ended up lending it to my nephew, and it fits him well and works perfectly. So I don’t think it’s a bad product—just not the right fit for us at this stage.I might try it again in the future when my child grows into it, but for now, it’s not usable for us.

Erstmal schöne Farbkombi und sehr niedliches Motiv. Habe den Gurt für meine anderthalbjährige und 11kilo schwere Tochter geholt - der Gurt sitzt super und die kleine ist viel selbstsicherer schon im Wasser unterwegs als mit Schwimmflügeln. Er gibt uns Eltern ein sichereres Gefühl und erhöht so den Badespaß! Absolute Empfehlung.

Great swim aid for littles. I bought 2 for my 3 year old twins to take on holiday and they were the best decision, the kids do weekly swim lessons but wouldn't be confident in the hotel big pool but with these and adult supervision they may as well have been a fish. It really made a big difference in their confidence swimming in a big pool and they enjoyed being able to swim with the adults. Us parents were at ease knowing they had this extra support in the pool. If you're considering these just go for it, you won't regret it

Parfait pour mise à l’eau en toute sécurité. L’enfant ne coule pas et garde la tête hors de l’eau. Ma fille l’a utilisé aussi bien à la mer qu’à la piscine. À force d’aller dans l’eau et au soleil il jaunît un peu et les couleurs s’estompent mais je l’ai utilisé l’été suivant sans problème. LePetit sifflet est un peu plus qui amuse l’enfant.

Moving from a ring our daughter started using this when she was 1.5yrs. First couple of times she was nervous as it takes a little getting used to and must be supervised.Now, at 18months old, she swims freely, jumps into the swimming pool, climbs in and out. Wants to be totally independent with it on. Again I will say, always supervise. Its great but occasionally and arm will slip out of the band when not in the water. We actually attached some elastic between the bands to help ensure her arms dont come out when she does climb out.All in all it has been brilliant. Given our daughter amazing confidence. We wonder how long before we try to teach her to swim without as she is doing so well with it. But for a little longer we will just let her enjoy her independence in the pool.Well made, nice colour for a girl, she always seems happy and comfortable wearing it. Great purchase and price is good as well
