Can you set the battery voltage to start the generator and stop the generator? I have a 24 volt system and want the generator to start at 24.2 volts

Yes, you can control the generator start in various ways, all of which are covered in the manual which is available online.

does the magnum me ags-s have a remote start and stop switch? does this also have a wiring harness included to wire to generator?

The start stop is controlled by the RC-50. You set the parameters to your choosing. The was no harness when I installed the one on my brothers coach.

Will this work with the me-rc remote or do i need the me-arc?

Any of the ME-RC50, ME-ARC50, or ME-RTR remotes will work.
