If you lean towards less product in your hair like I do, you will get a flexible hold with a healthy-looking shine; more of it will make it very quite glossy. It'll also bring out your natural waves if you have that kind of hair. - It has a very... "standard" scent to it, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It actually smells pretty good, but it's nothing special. Who buys a hair product for the smell anyway? - Remember what I said earlier about that softness? It's there all right. Can run your fingers straight through your hair and it'll feel pretty silky with the right amount of this stuff in it! Well, unless you plan on putting a lot; then it will take on a more wet and oily texture.

My Grandfather used this stuff. We have identical hair. I have been using it for years but have not wrote a review since I used to be able to find it in local store but it seems to have gone off most shelves locally. I was happy to find it on Amazon and have set up a monthly subscription. One tube of this stuff lasts me about a month and I use it quite liberally. I love the product because it keeps my hair conditioned, and it lasts all day. It never leaves my hair crunchy or sticky. It washes out easily. Hands down the best hair product I have ever used. For the price of this along with the quality, it cannot be beat. Try it!

Listen, I bought this because I wanted that "brilliantly classic look" the box promised. I didn't realize I was actually purchasing a time machine and a lawsuit waiting to happen. The Pros: • The Shine: My hair is now so reflective that I’ve been legally classified as a lighthouse by the Coast Guard. I walked into the kitchen this morning and accidentally blinded my cat just by turning on the overhead light. • The Hold: It says "Light Hold," which is marketing-speak for "Your hair will move, but only if a hurricane is directly hitting your scalp." It has that perfect, soft texture that says, "I might own a jazz club," rather than, "I just used wood glue." • The Scent: I smell like a barbershop located inside a pristine 1956 Cadillac. It’s masculine, it’s nostalgic, and it makes me want to go buy a fedora and solve a noir murder mystery. The Cons: • The Gravity: Gravity is now merely a suggestion. If I lean my head against a wall for more than three seconds, I am physically fused to the drywall. • The Pillow Situation: My pillowcase now looks like the site of a minor oil spill. I woke up this morning and slid right off the bed because my head had zero friction against the fabric. Final Verdict: If you want to look like you’re about to take a starlet to the premiere of a silent film, buy this. Just be careful around open flames and microfiber upholstery. A little dab'll do ya, but a big glob'll make you a fire hazard.

Classic product that actually works well. A small amount goes a long way, just a dime-sized amount is enough for a full head of hair. It gives a nice medium hold with a glossy finish without being too heavy or greasy. Hair stays in place without feeling stiff. The 3-in-1 formula conditions as you style which is a bonus. Good old-school hair cream that's been around forever for a reason. Alcohol-free formula is gentler on hair too.

This is my second or third time buying Brylcreem 3-in-1 Original High Shine Men’s Hair Cream, and it’s firmly become my go-to styling product. The light hold gives just the right amount of control for a classic slick-back look without any stiffness or greasiness, while the high shine leaves my hair looking healthy and polished all day. I love that it’s alcohol-free, so it doesn’t dry out my hair instead, it conditions and strengthens it, making my hair feel softer and more manageable even after multiple uses. The original and the best hair jell period…

Me and my husband have been using potion 9. My husband went to reorder it and commented on the price and mentioned there were cheaper options. I was hesitant to try anything new. First off it is not unscented as the listing claims. Smells like hand lotion, neither feminine or masculine. Scent is not strong, I don't love it but it is not a deal breaker. In the days leading up to my purchase we had run out and we were not using anything. When I put my hair in a ponytail I have lots of frizzy curls popping up making my hair look messy. I have used it twice now and it totally smoothes my hair leaving a sleak slicked back ponytail not too heavy, not oily or greasy. It does not dry flaky or with any visible residue. Leaves my hair soft. For the most part I do not prefer to use any products because I feel like it makes my hair look dirt or greasy. This product was a win for me. My husband colors his hair it is thinning and quite dry. He is not raving about this product but it does serve it's purpose leaving his hair soft and in place. We are both using this product very differently. He puts a small amount all through his hair and then styles it. I just put a dab to slick back my ponytail.

Got an geniue product through amazon. Slightly on the expensive side but it's OK as only little bit as shown in fig is required for short hair people. smells very good.

Después de años de probar de todo tipo de productos, ENCONTRÉ MI PRODUCTO SOÑADO! Yo uso el cabello bastante corto y desde siempre me gusta peinarme con productos con el acabado con brillo, probé de todo gel, pomadas, cera, desde los básicos del súper, hasta marcas como RedKen y etc, ninguno me gustaba, además muchos contienen alcohol, además de eso yo me tiño el cabello y voy a nadar, lo que hace que necesite un buen producto para el peinado diario….. De pronto recordé de haber visto en la farmacia el muy clásico Brylcreeme pero como vivo en Mex pues solo se veía el de tarro Rojo y el de Tarro Azul…. Decidí buscar en YouTube reseñas y HOOOOO!!! MARAVILLA encontré esta joya con la leyenda 3 en 1 un producto que da brillo, acondiciona y da control medio del cabello…. Pero eran reseñas de YouTubers de USA así que de inmediato me fui a buscarlo a Amazon y HOOOO BENDITO AMAZON LO ENCONTRÉ, no dudé en pedirlo, y vaya Joya que encontré…. El aroma es delicioso y suave muy fresco, la sensación en la mano para antes de aplicarlo es muy cremosa,no es grasoso ni pegajoso, dejo mi cabello justamente como quería, suave, con brillo, y muy manejable. Luego la prueba de fuego, salí a caminar con gorra pues hacía calor, al llegar a casa me quité la gorra y surgió ese suave aroma del producto que me encantó y además me peine de nuevo con los dedos y mi cabello de nuevo se acomodó sin dejar residuos o haber perdido el producto su función de fijación suave….. no puedo ser más feliz 🙃. Necesite muy poca cantidad para mi peinado así que este tubo que viene en un tamaño muy generoso seguro me va a durar bastante. Solo le pido al universo que no lo vayan a discontinuar o a dejar de vender en Amazon Pues seguro que lo seguiré usando hasta la tumba, jajaj lo único que lamento es no haberlo conocido antes.
